Had takeout during covid and the food arrived really fast. The swiss swirl was really good but a bit dry. The tea was awesome. The packaging was the best. There's really no way of spills

Good selection of drinks and great customer service. My nephews love the milk teas here and we usually order ahead for pick up and the drinks are always ready on time.The pricing is also very fair and the sizes are good too. Compared to Presotea their large is a lot smaller.

The store is clean and the servers are quick and friendly. Overall, love that they have a loyalty card and a lot of choices of drinks to choose.. will definitely come back..

It's a nice place to have bubble tea. When we went around 3 pm on Sunday it was really busy and ended waiting around 15-20 mins for our order which was probably the rush hour.

Delicious. A great treat. Great bonus that they do loyalty points based off your phone number. The grapefruit juice is delicious. They are typically very sweet and it's great that you can request the amount of sugar you want in it so it appeals to all tastes. The Chatim Pearl Milk tea is good too.

Love this location. I've been to at least 15 other Chatime locations across Ontario...and this is one of my favs. Very spacious and clean. Staff is super friendly and nice. My drinks have always been made perfectly.

This is a nice location to get drinks when you’re craving tea rather than a fruit slush. It is quite busy during the night, so you will have to wait for some time. It’s best to order beforehand. For me personally, the Thai milk tea is one of my favourites. It is quite sweet, so it tastes best if you decrease the sugar level. Another recommendation would be the peach qq tea which comes which jelly and tapioca pearls. It is very refreshing and perfect for the summer.

Ignore all the Good reviews. They are lies. I ordered a matcha smoothie and there was a longgggg piece of hair at that bottom of my drink. How?!?? If it’s sealed. They are dirty. And they acted as if they didn’t want to give my money back, they asked to make me another drink… WHY WOULD AI WANT ANOTHER DRINK IF YOU ALREADY DISGUSTED ME WITH THE FIRST ONE. Dirty dirty dirty.
