WORST OF THE WORST. This is the worst brand in hvac. They don't stand behind their product at all and every rep I have dealt with can't do their job. I will never touch another piece of goodman equipment for the rest of my career!

The worst customer service! I have bought a unit couple months ago using it for 2 weeks and done. I have been trying since October to have this unit fixed but they do not seem to care! Next step will be Better Business Bureau and court action! Too much ignorance ! they do not deserve to stay in business! Don't pay them thousand of dollar to be treated without any respect and consideration!!!!
