Meadow Park Estates

Boardwalk (Meadow Park Estates) has become more concerned with profit than reasonable/healthy living conditions. The ongoing rodent problem, the grounds are a disgrace, the suites are falling apart.. the quality of what is placed in the suites (appliances, carpet, paint..etc) is the cheapest that $ can buy. It appears the the premium" suites are the only ones that they will fix to livable standards. The only incentives are to attract new tenants. To the one review on "the big backyard"?? Wrong!..it is a park.. the "yards" are a mere few.. FEW feet.. with NO privacy!!.. and dead/heavily weeded grass. Perhaps Boardwalk should use some of that money they are scamming from tenants for pet fees.. and use it.. instead of pocketing it!!"

We recently moved out of Meadowpark, and though the experience was reasonable during the period that we were there, they are now attempting to charge us ~$650 for cleaning" after move out

It’s a nice place to live, the grounds and sidewalks are always clean. Maintenance crew are awesome. Things get fixed right away in our unit. We are well informed with everything that happens in our area. It’s a safe place to bring up a family.

you exist when they are trying to set you up with a contract, you don't exist after that.units are alright, nothing special but reflect the price.neighbors are miserable (ours scream at each other almost daily.. few times in the early AM)Work was promised to be done on our unit (part of our agreement to move in early) and still has not been done. (your welcome boardwalk for the 2 weeks rent, glad to see you hold up your end) They were supposed to paint the cupboards, replace the counter top in the bathroom and the one cupboard door in the bathroom.. Now all of a sudden it is JUST the counter top. (which is just getting done, 7 weeks after the fact)They do not abide by the tenancy act 24/hr notice to enter policy. We got a letter the morning of, and now got a letter the night before (for morning). They also never showed us around, telling us how everything worked (they made 3 appointments 2 weeks after they were supposed to come, canceling every time HOURS after they didn't show up.. this was all under time we had booked off for...)we are busy" is the typical answer to everythingIf you are students these places are probably not too bad

Nice place to live. They clear snow from the streets and walks very quickly, if not quietly.

Loved it here. It was quick to the west side and the east side and it was quiet and peaceful. I would move back in a heartbeat if i could

So much quiet and peace, complaints are attended to promptly too.

I ready like the area, they always keep it clean, they mow the grass in the summer and plow the snow in the winter which saves us a lot of time. Basic maxtv and internet are included and we just pay the difference for increasing the speed. My neighbors are great. One thing I do wish is that they had cameras on site because I had my bike stolen (bike lock was cut) recently, and my neighbor almost had his stolen a few months ago. Other people have had the same issue. We don't have fences around the backyards so there's no additional ways of deterring thieves. It would also be nice to have a backyard to let my dog run around without being tied up.

THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND SHUT UP.When I was a teenager, I lived at Gladmer Park in Saskatoon for four years with my parents. My father was a good tenant and a professor and always paid his rent on time. During this time, my mother unfortunately had a bout of mental illness and made some noise from our unit. The neighbors got annoyed and complained to management. Instead of investigating the complaints or suggesting social services or community help line or even talking to me or my depressed father, management delivered a letter to me personally (a teenager) to tell my family to evict in TWO DAYS. They knew full well that the law states tenants need THIRTY days written notice of eviction beforehand. However, they were hoping to evict us sooner. As a teenager, I had to write an apology letter to each one of my neighbors in order to troubleshoot. There was no mediation. Keep in mind we ALWAYS paid our rent on time. Meadow Park Estates just want your money.
