The ladies at Benefit Brow Bar are absolute artists! Not only are they absolutely lovely ladies, but they take their time, map out your brows and always do an incredible job. The best part is how consistent they are with the quality of their work. I can always go in an know I am going to leave with my eyebrows looking so much better and never have any fear that they will be botched the way I have experienced at other waxing facilities.Thank you Shannon!

I had an appointment with Shannon, she was great! She really took her time and showed me the process as well as made me feel comfortable while she did it. She made my brows look the best they’ve ever looked, 10/10 would recommend

Got exactly what I asked for, extremely satisfied with eyebrows waxing DONE. The way my eyebrows was mapped before shaping and cleaning, it was a delight to go through, I am definitely going to go back. Worth the money & time. Today was my first time visiting the Benefit Brow Bar at Sephora in the Georgian Mall. I was super nervous to book an appointment as it can be so hard to find someone who does brows nicely. After reading multiple reviews online I decided I needed to book here and online booking was super easy. I was a few minutes late for my appointment but Shannon was super accommodating. The time she took to get everything set up and the cleanliness was really great. She mapped out my brows and waxed them as well. My brows look amazing and I will definitely be back!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Lexi & Shannon. They are always so kind, they make sure they give you the exact look you are going for and every appointment is a great experience. These two ladies are amazing at their job- I have been seeing Shannon for over 2 years now and I don’t trust anyone else but these gals with my brows!

i’ve had my brows done here before and they did an amazing job however, today at noon i made an appointment for 4:20pm, it was the earliest appointment they had available. I went to sephora 30min before my appointment just to browse and around 4:10pm a girl comes in and apologizes for being late to her appointment and they start working on her brows! i let one of the employees know that my appointment was in 10min and i was told that it won’t be too long, at 4:30 this girl’s brows are still being mapped out so i knew my appointment wouldn’t start until at least 4:50, i needed to be somewhere by 6pm and i knew i wouldn’t make it in time so i let an employee know that i’m cancelling my appointment. I’m just super disappointed that this happened because i came early for my appointment and someone who came late for theirs essentially took my spot, she should’ve been the one to wait not me. i’ve been a frequent customer here however i will not be returning because this situation was super disappointing and disrespectful to my time.

Was my first time getting a brow lamination and shaping by waxing. I’ve done threading before but Maxime was great. She explained everything and is great at what she does! Will be coming back
