I have mixed feelings about this store. It's definitely got great variety of shoes, but the quality doesn't seem to match the price. I haven't been able to find great deals on the product as well. I also haven't gotten chance to interact with staff a lot as well. I wish the store was more engaging.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I politely asked for a pair of boots in a size 7 and the girl just kept talking to her coworker. There were multiple people working and it was not busy. Then I walked around and still no shoe in sight. I literally had to ask if they were getting the shoe. All I heard was laughing and at this point I was fed up. There was no way I’m giving any of my money to them. They wasted my time and I would never step foot inside again.

My wife just bought a shoes online from this store and when it delivered it didn’t fit well so we went to return it at the store and the girl at the counter claimed it was already wore without checking the shoes and we felt so embarrassed at the moment and manager came and clarified that it’s new and she didn’t wear it.. the girl should be trained well! It’s not the way to deal with the customer and at least she should have a skill how to talk to the customer and how to behave!! We are thankful to the manager that she clarified to her very well.

We went there today, didn't end up finding shoes but bought some half price jewelry that was really nice. I wanted to do the review because of the great customer service of one of the girls. Both were nice girls but I found the one in the striped blue and black top with her black hair in a bun to be just so friendly, she complimented me and was helpful and patient. We were there around 3pm and it says the cashier number was 46715072.
