Super impressed with the customer service from Just Junk. I made my call for same day removal, and the guys were there within two hours of my call. The estimate was accurate, excellent value, they were efficient, courteous and professional. Would definitely use this service again and recommend without hesitation. They guys who came to clear away all my junk definitely deserve a raise - especially during these COVID times!

The customer service was amazing. They quoted me on the phone and the price remained the same when they arrived. The gentlemen who came to pick up my dresser were friendly, polite and professional. Took them less than 10 minutes including backing the truck in, elevator ride, pick up and exit. Overall, great experience!

I moved to a smaller apartment and had a lot of junk that accumulated over the years. The team that were assigned to me were amazing! They communicated well, arrived early, made me feel relaxed and were friendly, fast and efficient. They quoted fairly and came in lower than I had originally thought. The most amazing thing for me was just how kind and sensitive they were about the whole thing. Would recommend to anyone who may feel a bit anxious about junk removal in general. Very professional.

Christian and Andrew phoned in advance, arrived as scheduled, gave us a quick estimate of the cost and then removed heavy broken concrete and large heavy cabinets from our property. Professionally and efficiently done. Very friendly and easy going guys. Strong! They were here and gone within 30 minutes. We will definitely be booking Just Junk again after our next purge. I was a bit uneasy after reading some of the reviews about one price on the phone and different on arrival. I described exactly what I had, they gave me an online quote and assured me on the phone that if I don't like the new quote, it's free and I just don't do anything with them.Within 5 minutes the driver called me, told me that they would arrive in 25 minutes. They were there on time, and quoted me the same rate I got on the phone. They don't take cash so it needs to be a card.Everything from the beginning to the end lasted exactly 30 minutes.I was very delighted with how everything went, no complaints whatsoever.

This company is amazing. 5 Star Service.I made an appointment at 2:28 am and they were FINISHED at 10:30 am SAME DAY!The gentlemen were polite and friendly.They cleared the junk from my garage and the chairs from my house.They will donate the chairs and recycle anything they can.They advised me how to get rid of hazardous goods and fluorescent lights.Then they swept the garage, moved my front step to find a door pin I had dropped...and loved on my little dog!Can't say enough...don't hesitate, they are great!

The overall experience from booking online to having old furniture removed from the basement was smooth and stress free. The two people who did the work were prompt, professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend Just Junk again and will use their services in the future.

I used the estimate drop down menu on the website and the site immediately booked me in for a removal without my consent. They arrived and despite being told it would be $150 they charged me $340. Over double what I was told. Also, I had moved the thing myself. They had to take one couch off of the lawn by the roadside. Nothing more. I felt intimidated to mention anything because it was two men and I was by myself at my home. Will NEVER use this service again.

I had a great experience with Just Junk. The staff called before and was within the scheduled window. The guys were super nice and fast. They even took my donations, that saved me trips. The price was very good too, compared to the 'other' over advertised removal place. I will definitely use then again!
