Suck U Sump Service

Was billed for 2.5 hours of labor when they were at my business for less than an hour. Disposal cost was not disclosed and price ended up being double what another company charged me for the same waste. Buyer beware, would not recommend

At the beginning I was fearful because Freezing is hardly done. It’s a risky job; However Trent the manager assured me that it’s safe and no need to worry. They showed up on time and the job was done professionally. The estimate I was given was exactly what they charged. I was more than pleased. I recommend them to anyone looking for good plumbing services.

I see their trucks being driven everyday. They are always being driven in a professional, courteous, and safe manner. That is a huge thing for a company to have! This just shows they have a strong ownership group behind this great company, who truly believes in providing a quality service with putting safety first every time! Highly recommend them!

Came out at very short notice. Our main sewer line was backed up and causing water to leak up into family room toilet and into basement at the clean-out cap!. Our technician was Andrew, and he was awesome! totally professional got the job done lickity-split! explained everything and even gave us great advice. Very reasonable price too, so nothing but good things to say about this company. I highly recommend with 5 STARS!!

Back yard was pooling water from the alley and water was flooding garage. Called Suck U and they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Cole L came out and got as much as possible up and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company.

Actually no stars for suckusump, but this review won't allow me to select no stars. They set up service on three different dates and committed to being there. We had to dismantle equipment to prepare for them to do the service. On all three occasions, they never showed up, with not so much as a phone call. As we had dismantled the equipment, we lost entire days of production and several thousands of dollars as a result. and their attitude was Oh Well". I would not recommend this company as they are completely unreliable and keep me on their leash for 5 days until they decided they didn't want to do the service (Simplest Vac Truck service they could ever hope for)"
