I have visited the GAM Diagnostic Imaging on 1235 Trafalgar Rd, Oakville today. I had an appointment at 3:45pm.When I arrived at the front desk, I was told “sorry we will not be able to see you today”. I asked Why?! I was told that I was late 10 minutes. I asked what time it is now? The lady replied 3:53!A few things I would like to highlight here:1- It was not 10 mins yet2- I was waiting in line until it is my turn because there were people ahead of me3- Then she kept looking at her computer to tell me that she can book me again for next Monday!!I asked for my health card back and asked her to cancel everything, because I didn’t want to open my mouth and create a seen when the clinic was too crowded with a lot of people, which tells me that for sure they were not waiting on me. For 5mins late I was told I need to come again on a different day!! That means I must book time off from work again and fight traffic to make it to the clinic because I was late 5 minutes today!I am very disappointed, there are no words can describe how I am feeling right now. This place was my go-to for many years, now I have to look for a different place to go to.I hope you consider this feedback, even if it not for me, as obviously I am not important, but for your company business I think you should.

My first and only experience with this place was a positive one. Sure, it can get crowded, but that's not their fault. The receptionist team tries to manage things to the best of their ability. One particular receptionist named Rowan was very helpful and kind to my son and me. Overall, a good experience.

I have been here 3 times. The first time for an ECG in which my experience was very nice (only long waiting for an appointment but that is canada Healthcare in a nutshell) and two more for ultrasounds. The staff for the ultrasound is not friendly and they really don't make you feel comfortable. I really didn't like my experience. For the medical staff, we are not there for fun, often the patients are scared, have some empathy

I wish there was a negative star rating that was possible here. If you like to be treated as a test subject do come for a test here. They should be shut down. The staff is clueless & untrained, mixing up booking times & tests. in-spite of all the goof ups, the staff is not sorry or considerate. Absolutely shameless!

I visited this clinic for a mammogram and a bone scan in May 2023. I found the front desk person helpful in telling me how to get my previous records uploaded to pocket health. My visit went smoothly taken about 15 mins over the appointment time, with both technicians being very polite and pleasant. All in all a good experience.

Very nice technician helped with my ultrasound, clearly explained and talked to ease my anxiety. While I was waiting, phone never stopped ringing even for a second. I can understand the complaints but it's a very busy clinic and receptionists are doing best that they can. Keep up the good work!

No one picks up the phone to book appointments. Have been trying non stop for over 2 weeks and the line drops after a few minutes. I have to resort to going in to the clinic to book an appointment. How are the elderly, persons with disabilities or people with work and kid responsibilities able to manage this? Way to make people go through hoops to gain access to healthcare

if i could give a zero star i would.i have been trying to make an appointment over the phone for a genetic test that i only have a week left to do, and i have tried calling 27 times in counting. and no one ever answers the phone. but if you go in they’re just sitting there not doing anything but letting the phones ring. the customer service is absolutely terrible. it’s disappointing that a health care provider does not care about they’re patients enough to pick up a phone.

First time I went here, someone else in the waiting room was waiting for 2-3 hours before he went up to the counter again to see what was going on, they had forgotten about him and he had to wait even longer.The second time I went here I came at opening for 8 am to get an x-ray, only to be told that x-rays started at 9 today with no notice on the website or anywhere. They simply do not care.

Literally the rudest receptionists of all time. Technician was lovely. Receptionists don’t even attempt to be polite or helpful. I listened to them literally yell at three different patients and then gossip loudly about other patients with each other when no one was at the desk.
