Just had Gisele call me and my daughter and get an ear full because I called and said that my daughter couldn’t make it in today as her 90 year old grandmother had fallen and she couldn’t make it in today, so I asked to reschedule. Not sympathetic and rude. I will take my daughter somewhere else.
