Elephant Storage on Stickle Rd was amazing. The hours are great. Lots of space for truck and trailer to get around. This is the first storage place that we have used that doesn't require 30 days notice. They will definitely be our first choice if we ever need storage units in the future and will recommend to others.

Awesome place!!! Accidentally left something out and it was found for me by the staff and taken care of so nothing got stolen! Highly recommend this place!!

My belongings have been in this location for one year without any weather damage or rodent activity I highly recommend this business. Payment reminders emailed one week before scheduled due date.

I had a very pleasant experience renting a storage unit at elephant storage’s Okanagan ave location. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, their prices are reasonable and their rental process was so much easier than other storage places I’ve used over the years! 10/10 recommend! We had great service. Paid for a full month. We were told if we left even a week before the next payment was due we would be reimbursed for the remainder of the time. However we left 12 days early and we're told different. We paid for 12 days that we are not there. Website says you pay for only time needed. Will not be using again.

This is the second time I am using a storage unit at Elephant Storage on Okanagan Ave in Vernon BC. Thus far the service from the staff, in my opinion, is on point; they are friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will be recommending Elephant Storage to anyone that is interested in a storage facility. Great job team!

Started storing my travel trailer and boat there July 2019. After 1st yr, my trailer batteries, battery bucket and wiring was stolen from the front of my trailer. When asked what they will do to rectify they, said, “Nothing! Read your contract and use your insurance!” I asked why they didn’t tell me thieves were inside the gates as I would have removed these items from the exterior of the trailer! Does that mean I need to remove my boat propeller and batteries when I leave it there! They advised, that was up to me! I removed my boat immediately! I left my trailer as everything was stolen from the outside.They recently advised I need to move my trailer as they are changing the lower level parking and adding additional storage containers! They also advised they are increasing my storage charges from $55.15 to over $63.00! They advertise no increases in fees but that is a lie! Since they’re forcing me to move my unit they are increasing my monthly charges!They are a terrible company to deal with and the rats in the woodpile are taking anything not locked down! Every time I attend, the rear bumper end cap is removed and on the ground. I assume they are looking for trailer keys so they can pilfer the inside of the travel trailer!Run far and run fast people!

Elephant Storage has been a supporter for many years, maybe 20. The office staff is great and through the years we have been able to store our grad dresses, shoes, etc., we have even had grads try on dresses there when we had a big storage room. We continue to store some dresses at times, but are thankful we can also keep our Christmas Hoodies and gifts there, We often receive gifts during spring and summer so we box them up and take them to ELEPHANT STORAGE.
