More expressive then anticipated. I had an apprentice grant coming to me. They charged $30 just to enter a line.. not bad for them. 3 sec of extra work. . they saw what i get back and wanted more. I've gone to other places and was not charged for the same service. Only good thing is they have good hours

Fast and accurate in service . I filed my taxes in mid april and I got my refunds in less than 2 weeks. It was my first time to file taxes in Canada.They file the taxes calmly, and they do not try to show that filing taxes is a rocket science like other agencies. Both the ladies at the front desk(I am unable to recall the names) and Jaspeeet ( who filed my taxes) were super nice.For the first timers, I highly recommend liberty taxes.

I definitely would not recommend this company whatsoever. Because they didn't do their job properly, and failed to communicate with me, I am getting reassessed two years later and have to pay for something they should have done in the first place. Beware of this company.

Jaz has been doing our taxes for years. She does a wonderful job. Fast, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend Liberty Tax.

Recently setup an appointment here to file my tax return. I'm impressed with the professionalism and quality of service here. During my appointment staffs were always very friendly and able to get everything I needed done. When I have questions, they are always answered. Especially for someone who is not from Canada. I can definitely recommend. Thanks again!

Been having my taxes filed from Library Tax without any issues or worries since the last 2 years. Kiran is a very professional tax personnel and knows the tax system very well which helped the whole filing procedure go stress-free. The best bet for student taxes.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Crooked as heck. Promised we would receive PST/GST rebates and couldn't get even a remote estimate to do the taxes. Bill was ridiculously overpriced. No rebates and had to pay taxes when Turbo tax free software said I wowed nothing. Criminal. Never be back there again.

Definitely would not use again. They charged quite a bit more that the price they quoted me. My tax preparer did not seem knowledgeable on simple tax rules like declaring dependent children. They claim to have mailed my return, but can provide no proof of it and the IRS seems to have no record of having received my return. The company has stopped responding to my emails regarding the subject. I tried calling the company this morning asking to speak to a manager. I was hung up on and they would not answer any calls from my number. I called from another number and the person on the other end did not hang up this time but would not put me in touch with a manager or give me their name. I ended up having to drive down to their office where they denied hanging up or screening my number or failing to answer. Again - avoid this place if you can.

I had a problem with my tax return and Darlene was able to correct it within 30 minutes and she was able to help me resolve the issue that was causing problems for 6 months. I was very happy with Darlene's assistance and recommend her for doing tax returns. I will be going to her at Liberty Tax from now on. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful. I got a quote from them both over the phone and in person when I dropped mine and my husbands taxes off and when I came in to pick them up they charged us nearly 200$ more than what they originally quoted me.
