Not sure how anyone can have an issue with their customer service! Highly intelligent women running the show here, very respectful.if anyone has an issue with the staff I think the issue may be they got charged for a no show and now complaining due to company policy reasons.Dr Bryan is an excellent chiro been going to him for a year now and dr Trina is a rockstar. Ann and Mioara great friendly chiro assistants

I have had lower back pain for months and never really considered going to a chiropractor as I was a little skeptical. After trying everything I could think of, I finally considered it and I am happy I did. I have now had 6 sessions with Dr. Trina and my pain has significantly gotten better. I am not 100% just yet, but a few more sessions should do the trick. Would highly recommend both Dr.Trina and Brian.

Dr.Brian & Dr. Trina are amazing chiropractors, I have been going to them for years for adjustments and they help so much with my back problems! Great service and Meg (Receptionist) is very caring and amazing to deal with each and every visit! Definatly recommend!

I went to see Dr. Trina at 37 weeks pregnant. I had severe hip and lower back pain that was seriously affecting my quality of life, especially near the end of my pregnancy. Dr. Trina opened up her schedule to be able to see me right away. She did a thorough assessment and took the time to explain my condition and the suggested treatment. She worked on my back and hip and after only a few visits, the pain was almost completely gone! I am very glad I went to see her. In addition, the clinic is very clean, well prepared to accommodate pregnant patients, and the staff is very friendly!I would highly recommend Dr. Trina and her team at ChiroActive!

My Husband, son and I all see Dr. Brian. We are all so happy with the care we receive.I suffered with major sciatic pain and flare ups before starting care with Dr. Brian. Since starting chiropractic adjustments I no longer have big flare ups. I am able to enjoy and keep up with my busy family because I am no longer in pain.We definately recommend Dr. Brian!

If you are looking for a chiropractor Dr Brian is fantastic! I was hesitant at first about getting adjustments but after he explained how it works and reviewed x rays of my spine I was reassured as to the reasons how chiro can help me and why chiro is important for improving everyday health and wellness. The staff are friendly and professional at both Carleton Place and Stittsville locations and the offices and treatment rooms are beautifully kept.

We decided to bring our daughter to see Dr. Trina when she was just over 2 months old. She was having a lot of trouble digesting her baby formula and seemed to have a lot of tension - she was always scrunched up and having gas pains, and having a hard time having bowel movements. Dr. Trina was very thorough in getting a detailed history about our daughter and the issues she was having. After her first visit, our daughter has been much more relaxed and comfortable, and has been more “regular”. We are still in treatment with Dr. Trina but after a handful of appointments we’ve only had positive results. Our daughter has enjoyed every visit, she doesn’t make a peep and smiles throughout her adjustments. Dr. Trina is so gentle, basically giving her a baby massage. We look forward to continuing our treatments at ChiroActive!

What a wonderful experience! It was my first ever visit to a chiropractor and so I was, of course, apprehensive. But Dr Brian and Anne in reception set me at ease very quickly from their friendly, welcoming demeanor to their seamless professionalism throughout my entire visit. I came to ChiroActive with a left front hip pain which I associated with my recent childbirth. Dr. Trina has been fantastic! I've never been to a chiropractor before so I was unsure of what to expect. But my first visit was so relaxing. She explained to me everything she was feeling and explaining everything she was doing. I had great results after my first 2 visits! The atmosphere is very warm and relaxing. Family oriented I had to bring my 3 week old and 2 year old with me to a few visits and there are toys and books that kept my 2 year old busy. Would definitely reccomend!!

The staff at ChiroActive are amazing! I have been seeing Dr. Brian for several years now and he has helped me tremendously with reducing stiffness and pain in my neck and shoulders. I have also been seen by Dr. Trina and she is equally amazing and full of good health tips. Melissa at the front desk is so friendly and makes you feel welcome each visit! And the fact the office is kid friendly so I can bring my kids with me while I get an adjustment makes setting up and staying on track with appointments easy!
