Copper Tip was responsive and quick. It was Thanksgiving weekend and no one was answering on call services. Copper Tip answered and came immediately. They were professional and courteous. Explained in detail our issues and were happy to walk us through why it happened. We required a follow up service to switch out our plumbing under the sink and they came quickly and had it done. I would not hesitate in recommending Copper Tip to anyone.

Copper Tip entered my premises without consent and damaged my property in the process. Then even knowing that my wife and I are expecting our first child next week and are low on finance, charged us an hour to turn on the furnace, even though their website says they give quotes before repairs are done. Please don't support this company. I will be filing criminal charges and a complaint with the BBB.

I REALLY STRUGGLED WITH THIS ONE! After over 3 months of botched work and intermittent communications I called a company from Sparwood. They ripped out Copper-Tips HRV install and got another working in 1 day.Without threatening the owner I tried to get a refund and was given another run around….“Boy doesn’t this show what an amazing person you are. Guess your lovely true colours are shining now. As for your Hrv I told you today I will make it right and you can hang on until I figure it out and speak to tech and deal with book keeping on my end. And don’t worry your amazing attitude will not affect the credit I will be sending you. And on another note you are not welcome on my property ever and if you do I will be calling the rcmp and all of my employees have been notified of you. I will email you when I get around to it and get to figure it all out. Thanks.”If you want to deal with this kind of drama call Copper-TipDon’t believe a word the owner says. I was conned!Response to the Response from the owner....The inside of the Concentric vent was intentionally cut away to make it fit allowing the exhaust air to flow back into the house. The entire HRV install was for nothing and the Copper-Tip technician ran off. My furnace would not even fire!I was never reached out to or given any kind of credit.

Furnace had quit Dec 26 we came in to a cold house- contacted Chuck from CopperTip and he was here first thing next morning (we had chosen to wait until morning- house was a safe cool 14 degrees). Able to get a part by evening from Carrier depot- Chuck was back before 9 am today

We used Copper Point for the first time last week and were extremely impressed. They were responsive and timely in their response and their service technician Chuck Jennings was awesome. Not only did he solve our faucet issue he helped on a couple of other issues as well. We'll definitely use them again.

We have used Copper Tip on multiple occasions since 2019, when we started experiencing a variety of issues with our newly built home. They have helped us out locating and repairing gas leaks, repairing and ultimately replacing our defective boiler, rebalancing the distribution of our in-floor heating, and replacing/repairing our rain shower. They also located the source of a leak in our entertainment room ceiling, and facilitate the repair. They will also be installing our back up generator in the spring.We would recommend Copper Tip to anyone, and completely trust in their service and professionalism. Mike and Chuck and the team go above and beyond in meeting their customers' needs. They are a high value service and we are very grateful we found them.

I had a new tenant moving in and my toilet broke in my rental unit! I was out of town and out of options and Coppertip did me a solid and squeezed me into their busy schedule the next day. Super appreciated. Totally saved my butt!
