I stopped here because my MIL tried to put a new battery in her watch and couldn't get the back on. Her small town didn't have a jewellers so I said I would take to Wpg. Popped in here and they did it with a smile and no charge. I appreciate that.

Ruined my $400 watch by way of scratching it up attempting to change battery.I took 3 watches and the lady at counter only able to change the battery of 1/3. Told me the person who “knew” how to do it wasn’t around however only told this to me after marring my watch. Left with bitter taste of my watch being permanently altered.

Did three watches for me, changed two batteries and cleaned a face for 60 dollars, cleaned a tag heurer out no charge and had it all done in two hours, very satisfied

I tried Dynasty Jewellers for the first time (August 2020), I brought a diamond ring in for clean & polish. I was greeted & acknowledged immediately, The person behind the counter was very pleasant and said he could perform the service while I wait if I wanted. I was shown the ring after the service to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Dynasty Jewellers did an outstanding job! The cost of the service was very fair & reasonable. I will be back! Two Thumbs Up!

Wanted to put zero stars, but it would not let me. The watch repair is NOT best in city" as they claim to be. I will never take anything here again
