Get Fresh Laundry

All of the good reviews are a lie. I called this place to confirm prices 4 times during open hours I just got the answering service. The website prices are not the same as in store. Machines and dryers are tiny. They charge $5 a load (the claim it's per pound) but their scale is broken along with the cash machine inside. They don't take debit and the guy who was at the desk didn't care one bit. He sat there with his foot on the desk watching Netflix on his phone. There is also 0 parking. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here. The photos on this side make it seem like the place is spacious. It is not!! I feel sorry for the people to have to pay this price for since small loads and TERRIBLE service.I forgot to add. If you drop your clothes off here. Don't!We went to the back to check the gate for parking and saw or ppl's laundry thrown everywhere including the floor.

I have been going to this place for years now and I have been very disappointed on how staff is always late to work. Supposed to open at 8 am and have been standing here for almost 30 minutes and no staff came. Please don’t do this all the time.

I tried this place on Thursday, November 10th around 12:30-1pm for a drop off service. The worker was nice and friendly and told me to come back the next day around the same time.I went back to pick up my laundry the next day and they were closed for renovations and nobody doing the renovations knew where my laundry could be.There were shirts in there I needed for work, I was beyond frustrated.The hours listed on their website state that they are open at 8am on Saturday so I went back at 8:30am on Saturday to HOPEFULLY pick up my laundry. They were not open so I banged on the door until the same worker from Thursday opens up and says, “we aren’t open yet.”I somehow refrained from swearing and convinced him to give me my laundry back.Zero professionalism, avoid this place like the plague.Also quite pricey.

So glad I found this place. Wanted to wash my daughters quilt and bedding. Kim is the attendant/manager and she is wonderful. She taught me a few tips on folding! Very clean. I would recommend this place for sure

I was referred to Get Fresh Laundry when I arrived in Vancouver 4 years ago and I am so happy that I found them! My laundry is picked up promptly on Tuesdays, returned fresh and folded on Wednesday. They are very responsive to any questions that I may have and are flexible if I have a schedule change. I am very happy with the way my clothes look and feel after washing. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Tried doing the pick up with the 24 hour turnaround but they always take a lot more than 24 hours and when you call them they don't know where you laundry is or who is going to deliver or when. Tried talking to the manager but he/she is never available. Very bad, if you have somewhere else for laundry use it.

This place is very good. Staff is very welcoming and supportive clean place.. prices are also reasonable.UpdatedTheir opening hours are untill 8 p.m. as they say but I went there at 6.45 p.m. even though there is enough time to finish my laundry the woman didn't let me in and said it is already close. Truly disappointed.

I have been going to this place close to 2 years now. Have not had any issues so far until this morning.A brown female employee been on the phone and put on loud musics throughout my recent visits at this laundry shop. No clear communication can be expected and explanations about each protocol can be confusing.Laundry transfer protocol was not explained beforehands and due to the time constraint as I have to leave right after picking up my clothes, I told her that I’m going to speak with someone else later she kept coming closer and insisted me to talk to her right now. I had to ask her to give me some space numerous times to disengage from the argument. I’m not sure is it a customer service that she was trained on?

$10 for 18 min for the big machine, my clothes wasn’t wash properly, if i want extra 5min it’ll cost another $3, first time here and never again. Very dissapointed. Most expensive laundry mat in Vancouver
