The lady was helpful, up until we paid for our items. The guy there seems pretty lazy and dismissive. When we called back to rebook our delivery due to some changes, he was extremely unhelpful. For someone who paid upwards of +$3000, we should be getting better service. Seems like these people just want your money but once you've paid, you're no longer their problem.Not bad to buy here, but try to look elsewhere.

What a joke this store is. The customer service is non existent and this is coming from the supposed “area sales manager” won’t honor what they promised the day before even when you’re still spending $200+. Take your business elsewhere.

Another happy experience at the Leslie and York Mills location. A short walking distance from our apartment was very convenient to purchase our second mattress from here. My sales person Travis made the whole experience easy with no pressure to purchase that day. Travis showed me the mattresses that were similar to my old 12 year mattresses as mattress change over the years with the nee various price points, manufacturers, and firmness levels and left it up to me to try and retry my choices He was there to answer any qurstions I had as we went from choice to choice to help me narrow down my final selection. Travis explained the warranty and delivery options and our deal was done with no pressure from him to buy. I got a reminder phone call a couple days prior to deliveryIn to make sure that date was still.ok. The delivery went smooth and within the time window I chose that day which was important as I had to reserve the elevator during this time frame.In the end I felt I had made the right choice for me and my wife and had no dought I would not need to return the mattress for a different firmness one even though I could with no hassle. And the great thing at the end of the sale was Travis told me that Sleep Country' were donating all reusable mattresses,which I'm hopping mine was, to be donated to those in need in the war torn country of Ukrane, or if not reusable it would be recycled responsibly. Great idea Sleep Country! ! All.in all I would highly recommend Sleep Country and this location for your next mattress purchase.DW

We had the worst experience here. We came to look for a new mattress and tested some out. There was one we liked but wanted to shop around elsewhere to compare. The salesman (who was apparently not usually working at this location) told us that there is only 2 mattresses left in the warehouse that can be put on a special offer price. If we wanted to hold this mattress we had to put a refundable $200 deposit down. He told us with this deposit they would hold the mattress for us at that price for up to 3 months… that should have been the first red flag. Anyways we put the deposit just to guarantee it incase we ended up going with that mattress. We then went to another sleep country where the sales rep there told us a different price for that exact mattress -a cheaper price. We ended up finding a reputable brand and mattress at The Brick, but then found that exact same mattress way cheaper being sold at Costco. We bought the mattress from Costco, and then had difficulty getting our deposit back from sleep country. We called the store we went to and they were saying we had to contact another store because that’s salesmen didn’t work at this location originally. We had to contact them multiple times to actually follow through with giving us our refund. On the phone they kept trying to convince us to purchase the mattress, saying that there was a special sale and it was now only $999. Afterwards we start getting text messages saying the mattress from sleep country will be delivered on a certain date.. we had to contact them again, and somehow they managed to process the order on the mattress even though we never told them we wanted to buy it.Our experience was one huge headache. They continuously lie about pricing and availability to try and manipulate you into buying their overpriced mattresses.

Never come here. The sales person only wants to make commission. He first shows us the most expensive pillows, which is OK. However, regarding the price. He chose to not to tell us the current promotion of buy one get one free but only give us a $25 dollar coupon. When we said we want to think about it, he said once we leave the store, he can't guarantee these $25 discounts anymore. We then went to ANOTHER sleep country. The sales person told us currently there is a buy one get one free promo for pillows at all sleep country. We happily bought the pillows. So...... unless you have too much money to waste here, don't ever come.

excellent place to buy a mattress. Lot of slection.Sale person was very knowledgeable . We did a comfort test and also got insights of which mattress to choose and why, excellent prices , huge slection and best customer service. totally recommended

Hello the product is good (the bed) and delivery was fine. However the billing was a nightmare ! I got charged twice because I was told that your computer systems were changing. It took me over 2 months and countless phone calls and emails to get it resolved. In the meantime I ended up paying interest charges on my credit card that I have not be reimbursed for so I just gave up on that. I was provided with a $100 gift card but not sure I will be able to redeem it as I have no plans to buy another bed.

The purchase was easy and Travis was an amazing honest salesperson. He was correct about how it would feel. I absolutely love my mattress. Thank you Travis as my sleep has gotten a million times better.

excellent service by manager jawad. went above n beyond to help us. also resolving delivery issue and making sure base is properly installed. greatly appreciated.best place to buy mattress , i would say best place to buy sleep............

Poor customer service. Even when I politely raise my concern about the delivery method and the handling of the issue the representative does not even seem to care. Many of what I have been told was not followed up on as explained.The quality is unrelated to Sleep Country as I got a Serta Mattress. I think you can get this from elsewhere. Would not choose Sleep Country again.
