Pegasus gave us next-day service over the Christmas holidaysand we were grateful to have our dryer repaired as laundry never takes a holiday. Dimitri was prompt, polite, efficient and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the dryer heater with a new unit and we were most appreciative. We chose Pegasus because they had an A+ rating with the BBB, and wewould not hesitate to call them again for any future appliance repairs.

Tech - Emil was ontime. He figured out the problem immediately. Verified parts required and once I agreed to estimate, he went to work and repaired the dryer. Some other issues were found and he advised on what was needed. Emil was awesome! Great guy!
