Hands down the BEST Indian cuisine I've been to. Dishes are worth the money because of how much you get. Flavours are exquisite, authentic, and housemade - all of which contribute to the overall experience. Feels like a taste of India even though I've never been! I am vegetarian and there were endless options. The owner said he can make any dish vegetarian for me. Love the flexibility for dietary restrictions! Umish is very polite, friendly, kind. Highly recommend this business to any and all my friends and family. My boyfriend and I will be back next week probably ;)

Excellent selection of diverse traditional Indian food along w a hefty menu of Western favorite dishes. If you'd love to fly to India but can't, drive to The Pavilion in Ponoka. Very large portions. Vegan options. Simply delicious!! 5 stars. (Also serving breakfasts). Now there is a fabulous BUFFET where you can sample dozens of delicious Indian dishes. Fresh naan bread is provided. I also tried a small cup of the cold yogurt lentil soup - very good. If you're in town for the Ponoka Stampede, you can 'take a trip to India' too! Just go to the Pavilion, or order takeout.

Quiet little Indian joint in Ponoka. The chef is directly from India and does an excellent job of representing the cuisine. We chose the buffet and it was yummy. Some buffets have that watery taste but his were very nice and flavorful. The curries were and delicious although I could have used more heat but it was appropriate enough for others at the table. Good place worth a visit!

Top notch food and service. We had the beef curry, mango chicken, coconut rice, and garlic naan. The portions are huge and absolutely delicious.

5 stars all around! The food was good, the service was good! The waiter was extremely nice! Only complaint is that they weren't open right at 11 like it says online and on the door but it was only a 10 minute wait!

The food is amazing and the service is great. Only down side is my bank account will soon be empty as my girlfriend is now insisting we go once a week because it’s so good. Would give the place 10/10 and recommend everyone go eat there.

Slow, very slow service. Waited for food. Didn't know how to make simple mixed drinks. While the Indian food was tasty they didn't know how to time appetizer and main course. Western food (more than half the menu) was cold and dry. Just look at the processed cheese on the dry burger. The cheese had melted and then has recongealed. The top bun was literally fridge cold. They seem to worry more about take out orders than the customers sitting I the restaurant. The elevator music is awful.This was the second visit-same problems both times. Never again

I don't understand how someone can make food taste this good. This is by far the best Indian cuisine I have ever had in my life. I've been eating Indian from restaurants far and wide for most of my adult life, albeit mostly western Indian. But this is different. It smells different, it tastes different. It is so aromatic and so packed full of flavor. Wonderful colors fill the Paneer. The Naan is perfect, the rice is perfect. This man and his team have absolutely brought a real taste of authentic India to a tiny little town full of cowboys, and I personally hope he never leaves. I'll be giving you a lot of my money as long as you're around.

We received the best service, food and experience at The Pavilion. We were served by Umesh who was proactively attentive and prompt to get us the finger licking delicacies the restaurant had to offer. I wish we could have clicked and shared some photos of the dishes but unfortunately we were too amazed by the presentation and a bit hungry to resist the food right in front of us. Will 100% visit again when we are in town. Would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Cheers!

Went there 3 days in a row. Very very good food. There's also a variety if you didn't know.Bacon and eggs (which was delicious)Beef dip. Good variety
