The lady who pierced my ear didn’t do a good job. they weren’t able to pierce my ear completely. There was a difficulty with the gun and they left my husband holding the gun while they went to go get something to fix the difficulty. Don’t go there they are not professionals.

Do not change your watch battery there. Broke something after new battery watch stops and goes.

Worst service for a jewlery! Brought my watch to fix it and they broke it even more! I've been waiting 3 months for them to get it fixed.

I bought a golden ring with small zircon on it and possession of it end January. The ring lost 2 zircon within 2 weeks. I brought the ring back for repair as there is a 3 months warranty. The fact zircon felt was not identicated as being normal.Got the ring back and within 3 weeks it lost 2 more small zircon and a bigger one. I brought the ring back and complaint on the quality versus the price of the ring. I am still within the 3 months since we initially took the ring and fore sure since the first repair.My issue is the quality if the ring. I had to pay to get it fixed. This is unacceptable.The repair did cost much. Twice I had to get back to have it repaired. I received no emphaty from the clerk.I do not recommend this store to anyone. Additionnally they have damaged another ring that became too small for wife on my first visit. I did not complaint much about it and I regret it now.
