Beautiful place to take your dog or go for a swim also has a boat launch but it's a little shallow.. Big grassy convex square field at the top to see your pooch run at top speeds in a safe zone, all off leash, nice picnic tables that double as a drum set for the bongo goers. Nice views and a great walk that's flat if you park at the bottom for older folks. The picnic tables are made from the old paddle wheeler legend of the north I was told but maybe someone else can confirm that?

Great fur dogs , the beach is Rocky and not great to bath in . Our dog loved it

One of the best dog parks anywhere. It is huge with an upper field and trails down to the beach for water fun. Just be aware the park is not fenced and on the upper part where the field is located, it is near a busy road. Something to be aware of if you have a runner with bad recall.

Really nice location. Really enjoyed sitting by the lake with our puppy. Lots of space. Only complaint is that there wasn’t any fenced in area for the dogs to play

It's a rocky bottom so water shoes for humans is preferable. But excellent spot for dogs. Parking is in 2 places. Of the road as you come down if going south and at the boat launch. It's off leash and leashed areas. Not handicap access friendly.
