United DFC soccer club

If I could sum up UDFC into one word, it would be disorganized. Incredibly, incredibly, disorganized. The staff they do have seem wonderful, but schedules are always released late and they can't seem to even pin down a day of the week we should try and schedule. Full payment for a program is necessary prior to even knowing if it is feasible with the rest of your schedule - this is the only extracurricular we've experienced this with. Furthermore, we pay $300+ to have the program ran by staff but then they're incessantly asking for volunteers to fulfill primary roles.

I registered my daughter for the fall program .Before two weeks of the beginning of her soccer lessons ,we tried to defer her from fall session to the winter session ,I called the lady and I asked her if there is any possibility to defer her registration to the winter time because of some family reasons but I was surprised next day they canceled my registration and they took most of my money and they sent me 40 dollars (the registration fees was 248 dollars ).I called 3 times the director who is responsible to explain what happened but he was very rude and he replied he can’t do anything because even if I ask to defer my daughter from fall session to winter session they consider that is cancellation.I tried many times to explain I didn’t ask for cancellation I just ask a question to know if it is possible to defer her registration to the next session .To be honest I never had bad experience like that in all my life ,they stole my money in very bad way and they were very rude .I don’t know recommend it to anyone.
