I went there when it was crowded, so the service was good. Not really sure how it is when it's crowded.I like spicy food, so I opted for spicy wings. It was great and freshly made.Plenty of sitting space, so I'm sure you will always get a seat.

Food and staff were amazing!!Unfortunately, there were drug deals going on outside - which is not the fault of the staff. It's close to downtown and it's happening everywhere.However, there were also people coming in to use their washroom to do the drugs.

Ordered the Spicy Flounder Sandwich which was disappointing as barely any sauce. The butterfly shrimp was good and also the Cajin Fries were very good. The delivery also took close to an hour with no bad weather and the food came cold.

There was an offer like buy drink and do survey to get a chicken leg. I did that. Finally i had to buy one more drink to get that leg. I did all the surveys and i had to pay extra. What the heck. This is not appropriate.Totally mad at this restaurant

Bit of a chaotic setup. We came here later at night, it seemed like the cashier's and people taking the orders weren't really being listened to by the kitchen staff, even to the point of being ignored. Food was good though.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received at the Popeyes barrie Anne st on multiple occasions. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to bring these concerns to your attention in the hopes of improving the overall customer experience.During my recent visits, I have encountered several issues that have left me dissatisfied. Firstly, I have consistently experienced rude behavior from the staff, which greatly impacts the enjoyment of my meal. The lack of professionalism displayed by the employees is disheartening and tarnishes the reputation of the brand.Furthermore, there have been repeated instances where items were missing from my order. On more than one occasion, both sandwiches and mashed potatoes were either forgotten or not included in the bag. Most recently, there were no biscuits provided at all, further adding to my disappointment. These oversights are not only inconvenient but also diminish the value and satisfaction derived from my purchase.To exacerbate matters, the store has proven unresponsive to my attempts to address these issues. Despite voicing my concerns at the front counter, the staff did not display any empathy or willingness to resolve the matter. Additionally, my attempts to reach out to the store by phone to discuss the problems have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer.I kindly request that you take these matters seriously and address them promptly. The consistent lack of attention to detail, coupled with the unprofessional conduct of the staff, is concerning and requires immediate attention. It is my hope that the owner or the Popeyes office will actively monitor customer reviews to prevent further instances of poor service.
