Coastal Inn Moncton-Dieppe

Albeit an old hotel, the customer service at this hotel easily made up for any outward first impressions. The staff honestly are some of the kindest - the rooms were old (some have been renovated) but clean and the location was fantastic for our groups needs. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff are what make this place. They were so so friendly. The actual rooms are meh. Thin walls, old blankets, carpet etc. all of the staff are very friendly and it’s literally across the street from the mall so location is great too. My stats are based on the quality of the actual Inn.

Great little hotel. It's a bit dated but well kept and clean. The price reflects the decor,. Staff are great and the location is ideal. I would book here again in a heartbeat.

The front desk staff was very friendly, however was very disappointed this trip. Room was clean...new laminate wood floors instead or carpet but old cracked painted caulking in the bathroom, painted tub was dingy, someone's (not ours) long black hair hanging from shower curtain, the heating source is extremely old and really didn't work well at all. Breakfast was ok...pancakes were not fresh (I think frozen cooked) and one toaster did not work...hard boiled eggs were starting to get dark inside so not sure how fresh they were. Overall, we may not return next time.

Customer service and the staff deserves 5 stars. This is my second time staying here. The first time there was a small issue with my room. After discussing it with the Magager Gilles he was extremely accommodating, offered me a discounted room for my next stay. Had to fly out early for a flight so I used my credit. Randy checked us in tonight and I really enjoyed his energy during check in. Room was perfect this time. Thank you for your hospitality. Cheers

Friendly helpful staff, good service, clean room, excellent location close to shopping and other activities, nice pool. Breakfast is basic and the breakfast room is small. We were given a suite for the price of a regular room because of availability. Overall good value for money. Would stay here again.

This was my first time staying at Coastal Inn in Dieppe. My experience was great and will be coming back on my next trip in the area.The reception was welcoming and friendly.The room was very clean and organized.Check out was easy and efficient.Kuddos to the cleaning staff for doing a great job on the room.

We stayed this past week with our female hockey team who were in Moncton for a tournament. I worked with Gilles for a few months on our reservation and he just couldn't do enough to help us out. Gilles you are a credit to the hospitality industry, you go above and beyond. You even arranged breakfast grab bags for our girls for our 3:00AM check out, you really didn't have to do that but you did! Our short stopover in Montreal meant that we didn't have time to pick up food so you saved us on that one! Randy and the short dark haired house keeping lady were the absolute best, you made us feel like we were home! Keep up the great work, our girls won the tournament and you all contributed to that! Bravo!

Stayed here for a weekend. Location is good, bed was comfy, front desk staff were great. However, the room had some issues.The minifridge in the room was not clean. There was visible dirt throughout, was very off putting.The room was very dark - even with all the lights in the room it was still pretty dim - and lights were needed even in the middle of a bright, sunny day.The air conditioning did not work (unless you stood right over it). We stayed during some very warm days and the A/C did not help cool the room whatsoever - even though we had it set to cool at the lowest setting. Very uncomfortable for sleeping due to the heat.

Room was clean except one glass and one mig were filthy. Mug had coffee still in it and the glass was greasy and smudged. The table I sat at for breakfast was packed in, no room at all and it tipped forward and I nearly had my pancakes and hard boiled eggs all over my lap. The women at the counter were very friendly and efficient though!
