DRIVE THE HOUR TO GO TO A DIFFERENT MCDONALD'S LOCATION - Kirkland lakes location is absolutely disgusting. I understand it's a McDonald's so my expectations are clearly not high... the workers first language is not English- which is fine, but if you cannot speak or understand English how did you even get the position? You then are selling old cold hard nuggets that I wouldn't and didn't even give my dog, yogurt for kids that is so warm it will 100% make anyone that eats it sick - and most of you don't wear the appropriate 'PPE' as in hair masks or face masks as 90%of your staff have more hair on their face then on their heads....

It's pretty consistently McDonald's. If you like that you'll like it. If you don't, then I'm sure you won't. Service was a bit on the slow side, but I don't really blame the restaurant. Labour shortages right now are making everyone slow since nobody wants to work these kinds of jobs. They're doing the best they can with what they have.

On june 13, for take away, they made me wait for very long time serving all curbside and drive thru. Almost took 20 mins and the worst service. Never go there for quick service

I appreciate that it’s open 24 hours but drive thru service is slow and not especially friendly at 5 am.
