Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) Head Office

It's the May long weekend and GTAA knows there is going to be a volume of travellers and they are understaffed and unprepared! Been sitting on the plane at the gate for more than 3 hours, ridiculous.

Not clean, delay all the time , not organizedHorrible experience to travel from Pearson airport.shameful service. When will we be proud of Canadian’s airports again ???? So disappointed ☹️

Very disappointed with what I've seen on 5 flights at 5 airports in the past 3 weeks. Issues have been related to airport ground crews (not the airlines). None were weather related. Waiting for long time on airport aprons for crews to guide aircraft to gate, problems with jetway operation likely because of lack of maintenance.

Worst baggage handling in the world. I fly weekly and it keeps getting worse. The lack of improvement over the last three years shows a total lack of respect for the consumer and negligence on the part of the leadership team. Fix your operational issues and stop embarrassing our city.

Please fix the Nexus machines. Also please do something about all the cars waiting in the pick up zones. People are leaving their cars and going into the terminal and the traffic is crazy in the departure lanes.

We were coming from Washington DC on air Canada, there was a delay for 1:45 min. Then when we reach Pearson airport, they kept us in the plan for another 2 hrs. To find a gate??? What a mess was

Are we serious? just when you think that Pearson cannot get worse (keeping in mind it already boasts the status of the being one the World ‘s Worst Airports).It’s does it again, what a mess …. “Chaos every where ”Luggage convey belts not functioning or as they say - no contingency plans , no back up -are you kidding me- Major Airport first World country.Where the does the buck stop… The leadership have to take full responsibility including Federal Minister of TransportWe need new leadership, I am sorry urgent swift action required - The GTAA leadership has to go -immediately. We want to be recognized as a major international city, then we have to start thinking and behaving like a major city.Urgent action required. The fix is needed now. Enough or Enough….

Terminal 3 is a disgrace ! Escalators are out of order , garbage everywhere in the luggage carousel areas , lighting is poor , international flights with large luggage loads need to be planned better to allow luggage from other flights ( less luggage loads) to be handled in other carousels .This terminal need an international independent assessment to bring it to Canadian standards .
