Received a call from Evita Jakupi of Royal York Property saying that they have a pool of potential tenants and the moment I signed an agreement with Royal Park (signed on June 9th, 2023) from next day they will start showing my home located in London, Ontario as they have pool of potential tenants desperately looking for renting. It's been more than a week, no call, no email for showing. They stopped responding to email. Looks really bizarre and fraudant company. They wasted my precious time. This company gets contact numbers of landlords those post their properties on Kijiji and other social media sites, and trap them to sign an agreement with Royal York Property Management as they already have pool of tenants, therefore within a day showing will start. But that's false promise. Beware of this scammer.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! These people are scammers through and through. They harassed my roommate and I into signing several documents in a very short time, then constantly emailed us saying we breached the lease contract and that they would be keeping our rent money. They did this several times without the actual home owner even knowing any of this was taking place. Anytime we attempted to call some one they would avoid our calls and never call back. They would only ever call at times we told them we were working and wouldn't answer when we tried to call back. The rare time we did talk to some one they would try and bully and scare us out of trying to keep the unit or get our money back. NEVER SEND THESE PEOPLE A CENT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Our experience has been amazing thus far, from the super fast organization of a showing to the offer acceptance. We had the phenomenal Taylor at our showing and he was the best. He even stayed late with us to make sure our application was completed, that we were comfortable and felt welcomed, and that we would be well taken care of. Etnik was also a joy to work with, making sure that our offer reached the owner quickly. Overall, we can't wait to become a part of the Royal York family!
