The overall experience was not very good. The estimator was professional but at the end of the day it comes down to the painter. I was unlucky that the subcontracted painter I had was not very good.

Good quality work and finished on time. Communication with the main office was a bit difficult, but everything was sorted in the end.

I had my whole house painted by CertaPro. They sent over two guys, one of whom we never saw again. The guy who remained was not skilled in painting: there were many drops and splashes on our floor, baseboards, and fixtures. While fixing them, he created more issues He also used both semi-gloss and matte paint on the same wall which led to... an interesting effect. In fixing that, he didn't sand it properly so the sheen of semi-gloss is still visible. While he was dedicated and finished the original work quickly, the fixes took much longer as he was unreachable and didn't show up when he said he would.In short, there isn't much vetting of the contractors that CertaPro hires and you might get an amazing person or someone who knows next to nothing about painting. Beware when hiring this company, I'd go elsewhere.

Excellent company did an excellent job - we will definitely use again! Had the exterior of our house done. It has both stained and painted sections and parts of it are very hard to reach. CertaPro managed all of this beautifully. The job was meticulously done. The few touch-ups that were needed were attended to right away. The painters were really industrious and worked very hard and very carefully. No stain or paint splatters where they should not be. We highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Ottawa!

I contracted CertaPro to paint the aluminum siding on my 3 bdr bungalow in Ottawa. The contract price was comparable to individual contractors. The product was very good and the application excellent. I sold my house about a year later and I estimate the new paint made me at least $50,000.00.

They did excellent work, were very thorough and very tidy.I had them on 2 occasions.

I recently engaged CertaPro Painters Ottawa to carry out an exterior painting job on my property, expecting high-quality service based on their reputation. Unfortunately, the experience I had was far from satisfactory.The job was executed with a glaring lack of attention to detail, resulting in uneven coats, drips, and missed spots, an overall subpar finish that does not reflect the professional standards I was led to believe CertaPro maintains. Furthermore, the painters failed to respect the agreed timeline, causing significant disruption and inconvenience.The lack of preparation before painting was also distressing, with no proper protection implemented for the windows, plants, and fixtures, leading to unnecessary mess and damage. Communication was another issue, with no effective response to my concerns and requests.As a customer, I was hoping for a stress-free, quality job and this outcome has been deeply disappointing. I regret to say that I cannot recommend CertaPro Painters Ottawa for any exterior painting projects, based on the poor-quality service and lack of professionalism I encountered. They simply did not meet the standards one would expect from a reputed painting company.

I had the exterior acrylic stucco repainted because of wind damage to the house. Certa-Pro did an excellent job of preparing the walls, masking the doors and windows and covering all of the soft and hard landscaping before spray painting. The results were honestly better than I imagined, the house and four season gazebo looked like new. The coverage was uniform throughout as the second painter rolled the walls as they were being sprayed. I was quite satisfied with the results and extremely satisfied with the overall experience from the initial visit to the completion of the job. Certa-Pro’s price was very competitive and significantly less that the large spray firm in Ottawa. Overall my wife were super happy!!
