Lavoom Salon - Eyebrow Threading, Tinting & More.

I’ve been going to this salon for about two years now. They all are so kind and professional, but my all time favourite hairstylist there is “Maryam Hosseini”. She pays a lot of attention into her work to get you the very best results possible. So far I’ve had straightening Keratin, Haircut, and Hair colouring with her and been more than satisfied with the results all the time. Besides, she has a whole lot of humour that makes the time flies by!:))I've recently went for highlight and hairstyling with Maryam, she consulted me and gave me a few option and I couldn't be more happy with the results!!!

I came here to get a Brow Lamination and brow threading. They did a outstanding job, she spoke to me through put the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The staff here are so nice and I enjoyed the time I spent there as well as having great brows.I get compliments about eyebrows now and its thank to Lavoom. Thank you guys so much!!

I’ve been here a few times to get my brows done and they always do an AMAZING job. Recently I’ve come here to get my makeup done and I loved my look she did exactly what I asked and it lasted the whole day!!! Everyone kept complimenting me but I can only thank the salon for helping me get ready to look my best.

I would give them 10 Star if it was possible. I live in Calgary for about 10 years now. Lavoom is the best hair and cosmetic salon I have ever seen. You will get a great experience with a high quality work and wonderful customer service. I love to go to Naghmeh for my eyebrows threading. She is the best in town. 100% recommended.

I had my hair blown out and makeup done today for my friends wedding. My normal glam place (butter) was booked and I found this place online. My hair blowout was okay, but nothing to write home about. However, my makeup was really not well done. I left the salon looking nothing like my inspiration picture. I had lashes lifting, no liner over the glue line, soooo much eye makeup that it looked almost drag like. I didn’t have it fixed because they were running behind and I honestly just wanted to go home and remove it. I feel bad, but wanted to let others know because they charge a fairly expensive price for a makeup application ($110) and there is no way this artist has the experience to justify that.

I came across Lavoom from a close friend of mine she had gotten her brows laminated and they looked great and I thought what’s the harm in trying it.The harm was I’m addicted now, Fatima was the lovely lady that did my brows she spoke me through it so I was more comfortable and relaxed about the process and when it was finally done I couldn’t be more happier. They were perfect, exactly how I imagined them. It’s been 4 weeks and it is still intact, makes my life so much easier now. Thank you Lavoom for making it a enjoyed environment❤️

I was looking for a place to get mens brow done here in Calgary, but found out a lot of places don't offer it and thanks to Lavoom I was able to get done and they did a FANTASTIC job. They made it so natural and the lady was very nice, I would 100% recommend it if you are looking for a great clean up for men. It is a place I will definitely come back more often.

I had a wonderful lash lift and tint with Fatima! I have had troubles with this service in the past - as a number of spas have told me my lashes were too short and thin to curl, or they have attempted it and done a poor job. Fatima was very thorough and my lashes have never looked better! As someone who has to drive 40 mins to get to this location... I think it's important to note I am definitely willing to come back!

UPDATE: the owner was very apologetic and offered me plenty of ways to remedy the situation, pay for scarring scream and skin treatments. I've moved out of the city so was not able to take this up but would have done so.An attempt to make my brows low maintenance, ended up creating a daily routine to cover scars.I really wanted to like this place - the eyebrow tech was nice and I do think she did a good job finding the right eyebrow shape for my face but skipping steps resulted in scarring my face.It was my first time getting eyebrow lamination, and unfortunately there was no test patch done - we just went immediately to the procedure. I had a severe reaction to the chemical used and it was a very painful process. I wasn't sure how painful it was suppose to be, was told there was suppose to be some stinging, but after I left I saw that it really did burn my face. The mark above my eyebrow is still there - it's June 2023. The tech did know I had a reaction and she never followed up either /:

I found Lavoom Salon through a google search and I was very happy to come across this business, I think I had not seen it before as they have opened this Salon not to long ago as they have another location not close to where I live :) Anyways, I have avoided having my eyebrows threaded for so long and when I have had to break down and get them done, it's always been a horrible job so when I found Lavoom Salon, I was very fortunate to have Naghme do the shaping and threading! She was so gracious and kind and welcoming! She did an amazing and beautiful job of my eyebrows and I seriously have not been this happy with my brows for a very long time , a good number of years in fact lol!! So I will definitely be coming to Lavoom to get my eyebrow threading done all the time! Thank-you so much again!!
