I had David from HRT give me a estimate on my stairway to remove carpet, change the flooring and paint the walls. He was very affordable, easy.to talk to and listened to the customers concerns. The finished product is an amazing transformation. The staff - Amy, Greg and Eric -were all very friendly, professional and hard working. David has very high standards and work ethic which is evident in the work his team provides. They worked quickly when still providing g exceptional quality. I will be hiring them again for other jobs and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks.so much

My friend recommended HRT Construction Ltd. and I’m paying it forward as I had a very positive experience and would also highly recommend them to anyone.I initially reached out to HRT re: a water seepage issue at my ‘new’ condo. In the end it was the condo’s responsibility to fix it, however I truly appreciate how Dave, the owner, was quick to come down to initially assess the situation. The quote he gave me was very reasonable and it would’ve been fixed within weeks VS the (stressful) months it actually took.I ended up hiring HRT ‘just’ to install a new storm door. Even though I know they have much bigger, more important, and more exciting jobs.. I really appreciate how Dave was always kind, courteous, professional, and got back to me in a very timely manner. I felt like he understood that as a new home owner with many expenses, the storm door was important to me even though it’s such a small job, and that he appreciated my business nonetheless, and respected my situation.And as someone who would always sooner pay more if it means supporting a good local business who deserves my money, HRT charged me less than other bigger companies.I’m planning on using HRT again next summer to install a new window.. I’m actually relieved that similar to having my go-to mover, I now have a go-to construction company that I can trust and want to support. The guys at HRT were great, from providing the estimate to finishing the job. Even with a change in scope part-way through the project, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. And the finished product looks great. Would recommend them to anyone!

This past summer David and the HRT crew built a patio, a new staircase for our deck and, skirting for our deck and back fence. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!I really appreciated the straight forward discussions that we had regarding all aspects of the projects. David always responded to calls and emails, despite having a very busy schedule. We were always consulted on designs, things to look out" for with the different choices and issues as they arose. We were always asked to approve any changes. David was very forthcoming with the available options and had accurate ballpark pricing for each option. HRT also went above and beyond by performing odd-jobs around the property for things that needed any aesthetic or any functional attention. Again

We are very happy with our bathroom renovation project! David and his team at HRT Construction were a pleasure to deal with. After every step, David kept in touch and was always a phone call away for any questions. His team was friendly with excellent workmanship and they were able to get the job done in a timely manner.Quality of work and attention to detail is important to me and even more so for David who stands behind the work. We had our basement redone and added a bathroom. From the first consultation to the last brush of paint, Dave and his crew did an excellent job. He has specialists for each task, all professional and responsive to any of our concerns. We will definitely use them again for our next big reno. Highly recommend!

I called HRT for an estimate on stucco repair. They were quick to respond and were able to fit in my project within a couple weeks.The gentleman came early one morning and started. He made sure cover my entire patio and he went to work. I was a bit skeptical about how well stucco could be matched and I have to say the work was far better than I thought it was going to be. Can't even tell where the old and new separate. He was done by early afternoon. The price was very reasonable too. I'm already planning to have them do some interior work for me during winter time.

We had HRT Construction remodel our basement and it turned out excellent. The team was professional and easy to deal with as we had made minor changes as it went along. David was very easy to reach and fast with replies whenever there was a question or potential change. Overall an excellent experience and we are happy we chose HRT Construction to finish our basement.

I recently had a full kitchen done by HRT Construction. Had a great experience and the kitchen turned out fantastic. Quotes were competitive and accurate, priority was given to ensure the job was done in a timely fashion, and the final result looks great huge improvement to my 1950s built house!
