Realty Executives First Choice

We had high hopes and expectations on this brokerage firm, we thought it was known for its integrity and professionality but apparently it carries none so far, I experienced. The realtor Phoebe (Xiaodi) Zhao who handled the case I'm referring to was full of deceit and never honest. To cut the story short, all she was after was her percentage after purchase. As a first-time buyer had no knowledge or experience on so many details, which i trusted she will help me, with her knowledge, experience and professionality she will be open and honest to me. But she did me dirty. As soon as all the papers were signed, she switched. Started to find out damages that wasn't stated on contract/paper. She wasn't there for me like she was. Felt as though she was on the seller side. Just a quick summary. Pls be advice of these realtors, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

I wouldnt give any star if i could. Dennis Wiebe is a slumlord i would NOT reccomend renting from him, he literally told me before that he prefers renting to single mothers. Now i understand and see why, I issued him first months rent to a place we never even got to live in, he stole $700 from my son and I and wont return our money. He preys on people in difficult situations for this reason apparently, especially single moms knowing they dont have much to work with or fall back on. Im so disappointed and angry that he could steal from my son and I especially given he knows our situation cause we previously rented off him for a number of yeatlrs in the past. Ive never felt so bettayed and taken advantage of like this, never thought this was something hed be capable of.

I have been a Realty Executive client for the past 20 years, and have always experienced excellent service from all of their real estate agents. I have bought and sold many homes over the past 20 years and have to say that all dealings have been professional and without a hitch. I am truly blessed to have this brokerage look after me as I always feel that they have my best interest at heart.

Andrea Wiebe tried to convince us the property she was selling was worth the selling price just because it was in an upscale neighborhood. When she was showing it, there was a pipe leaking from upstairs down to the basement, soaking the walls. It was patched up to make the sale. There was damage done to the home between the purchase and the possession dates. When we took possession, there were broken windows, holes kicked into doors, and the carpets had been soaked with urine and other problems too numerous to mention. When we took the owner to small claims court to try to recover a small amount to only replace the carpet, we lost our case. In court Andrea protected her client and testified against us even though the court said she was representing both parties. We had a terrible experience buying our house from Andrea's client. We spent an exorbitant amount to fix a house that we paid over $700,000 for.

We were recommended Kelly from our mortgage broker at castle realty who told us she would be a good fit with our personality. It was spot on- we LOVED working with Kelly.She was very kind, professional and understanding. Good recommendations, took us to see our first homes and we found one we loved in no time.Kelly has great follow up and follow through, very thorough and has great tips and tricks for home buying and what to look for. Also has great recommendations for inspectors.Highly recommend!!
