I have had my keys stolen for my car and had to haul it to the dealership to get rekeyed. Matt has given me the best customer experience I have yet had from any shop. Very friendly to deal with and super helpful, he kept me updated the entire time and even offered to meet me after hours to drop off parts. He goes above and beyond what I expected. Thanks for the phenomenal service! It made this whole situation much easier to deal with.

Corwyn was nothing but a delight to deal with from start to finish. I just purchased a 2019 Audi Q7 and could not be more happy. Not only do I have my dream vehicle but I know I will always be receiving the best service going forward working with Corwyn. He truly cares about his customers and their experience and it shows. The care does not stop after purchase of the vehicle either... truly amazing customer service.

Great customer service and experience as always from Audi Saskatoon!I recently upgraded my lease again and had the pleasure of dealing with Corwyn. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, personable and able to meet my needs quickly. With a vacation booked the following day, there never pressure to commit until I was ready and he made sure I was well taken care of in his absence by directly connecting me with another Audi team member, which I appreciated very much.All the staff at Audi Saskatoon are amazing and make you feel like gold when you walk in the door. I'll always be a returning customer when I know their service is this fantastic!

We purchased our vehicle in Calgary so I was hesitant to leave a review, however, we have had the opportunity to have our yearly maintenance twice now here in Saskatoon & I thought that I would leave a comment on how we are very grateful on Audi's customer service wherever you are, it has been great experience every time. We own our Q5 since 2012 omg! you would think it is about time to change but NO our car is still running smoothly, very well maintained & even still looks new. So bottom line is, Audi Saskatoon maintenance department are very amazing. Thanks guys!

Incredible service from the whole team at Saskatoon Audi. From the moment I called the dealership I knew we would be purchasing here. Corwyn was very knowledgable and quick to assist, he even offered to drive the car to me since I couldn't come down right away. Marcel was very helpful with explaining features and helping me make the right choice. The finance manager Trevor made everything easy as well. I cannot express how incredibly happy we are with our purchase, if I could give 10 stars I would. Make sure you ask for Corwyn, he is phenomenal to work with. We will be back!

I was looking to purchase a new vehicle and met up with Corwyn at Audi Saskatoon. He walked me through the whole process, answered any questions I had, and didn't hesitate to show me any vehicles that could be a possible fit. The whole team there is friendly and welcoming. I never felt pressured or in a time crunch to purchase a vehicle. I ended up buying a vehicle at Land Rover and Corwyn went out of his way to set up everything with Abdul at the Land Rover dealership, making the whole experience stress free and exciting. I highly recommend!
