My wife and I recently purchased a property in Southern Ontario. Jessica Oates at DLC Harmony Mortgage was out broker. Living in BC and buying in Ontario we thought it would be a very difficult process but Jessica took care of everything from securing our lender to arranging a meeting here in BC with our lender instead of Ontario. She had all our documentation sent to our lawyer in Ontario so when we arrived all we had to do was sign. This also saved us a nice chunk of change as we didn’t have to pay another lawyer in BC.
