I'm not sure what that 1-star reviewer is talking about. I bought my chair here and Larry was nothing but helpful, and he gave me an excellent deal. It may not have been a very fast process, but a chair this expensive shouldn't be a hasty impulse purchase.

Tried to book a viewing for a Herman Miller chair for 3 weeks, owner got back to me once after several calls (with messages left), and then never followed up for the viewing after 2 weeks. It was faster for me to drive to another city to try a chair than it is in my own city. Disappointing that a reputable brand like Herman Miller has dealerships who are not more prompt with their customers. I even went down to the store during normal regular operating hours for most businesses, doors were locked. Larry (Owner) I'm sure you're a great guy, but get a secretary.
