They dont care for customers. No calls get reverted ever. Bought a car in March and it was without replacing the oil filter.

Awful experience here. First of all they charge you $190 just for diagnostics, absolute robbery. I was told I needed a idle air volume relearn for my throttle bodies. I got my car back only to be told Good news

Sooo, what was my experience buying a used car form Infiniti Oakville? Terrifying, stressful, exciting, assured, and trust all in one. Let me explain.TERRIFYING: Buying a car you have not seen that is 3 hours away and trusting people you do not know that the car you are buying is in the shape they say it is.STRESSFUL: Not knowing what to expect when you arrive in hopes the car is what they said it is.EXCITING: Well, buying a new car and going on a road trip,lol.ASSURED: When you show up and the car is exactly what they said it was, and better!!! with a few little extras they decided to throw in for you.TRUST: Knowing that they are not just trying to sell you a car because it's a job, selling you a car because its right for you and your family. And driving away knowing the car you bought was the right one.From the start of this sale to the end I had to put my trust in Metesh, my salesman. He was honest from the beginning to the end and never left anything out. Metesh made the whole sale from the start to the finish easy and fun.Josh the used care salesman manager was also very professional and great to deal with.I found the dealership very professional, clean, and friendly.Thank you guys for the car, it's wonderful, I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs a car in the future.

Buying my new car through Scott Bell was an effortless and pleasurable experience. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car! The entire process was smooth and streamlined. Serina, the finance service manager was super efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

The dealer had my car for 7 months to replace a crack in the engine block, and for six months I did not hear from them at all I had to do the follow-up, and each time they kept saying they had to order parts and they should be in any day which meant I should have my car back a few days after that. Once I did get my car back 7 months to the day the car had approximately 4,000 km more than when the car was towed to their location. Spoke to the service manager and Infiniti Canada regarding the matter and said it was an input error when the order was processed and that I would have to take their word on it.Worst experience in dealing with a car dealership. Very disappointed in the dealer and Infiniti Canada.

I deleted my first 1 star review after they seemed to listen and stop sending me promotional material and requesting I bring my car back after I refused their service. Well, the service reminders are back and now so is my 1 star review. Save yourself headache, go to a better dealership; one that doesn't have to play silly games with customers to get them to come back. Shady.
