Just saw my doctor next door, and needed some blood work done. I didn’t have any appointment, i just walk in and hoping that there wasn’t too long of a wait. It was very busy and packed. I fell like I had to wait for an hour or two but I was able to get in within 15-20 mins. Once the lab tech nurse person came out and grabbed me and she does her thing. She was professional and nice. She explained everything and do her thing very quick. I thought she was very efficient. This is a lab place and not a restaurant.

All the Alberta Precision Labs are booked out. It took over a month to get into this one. The walk-in is incredibly long, so avoid that route as much as you can.The staff that work here are patient and friendly. I know that they get behind often, but they are doing their best to tackle the sheer volume.The staff member who handled my blood was pleasant and drew my blood with minimal discomfort. The whole process after the wait was efficient and quick.

Horrible wait times. I went for a walkin appt at 6.45am and I was told 1 hour wait time max and after waiting for more than 2 hours, I was told that I’m still at number 16. Staff do not give the right wait times on purpose and try their best to stall. I ended up canceling and returning and also lost 2 hours pay at work due to this. I’d never recommend this place.

I have a phobia of needles and i had a very good experience here today. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful and made some useful recommendations to make things easier for me. The lady who took my blood was quick and accurate. The wait is a bit long if you're doing a walk in so i would suggest booking or coming in when they open.

Avoid this place at all costs!! I was so very disappointed by their complete disregard for my humanity and their cold and cruel staff. I was turned away from two other lab locations due to high volumes, then raced across town to get here by 2:30 when they stopped taking walk in appointments. I had to do a walk in because the soonest available appointment was a month and a half away. I arrived at 2:32, my partner dropped me off in front and I went right in, to an empty waiting room. I walked up to the counter and asked for a walk in appointment and the receptionist just looked at me and said ‘we stop taking walk ins at 2:30’. I explained that I had raced across town and it was my third stop of the day, and that I had just been diagnosed with MS and needed a blood test to support my spinal tap results (which I had gotten just days before and was still recovering from) and it was rather time sensitive. Then she just looked at me again and said ‘we stop taking walk ins at 2:30’. It was so cold and so rude. I looked around at the empty waiting room and asked if they could just squeeze me in since they were open for another half hour. Nothing. Then I asked if I could speak to someone else and another woman came over and said the same thing to me. So I tried to reason with them by saying ‘I got here two minutes after the cut off, and there are clearly no other walk ins waiting right now’ and the first Lady looked at me and said in a VERY condescending tone ‘2:32 is AFTER 2:30’. My partner even tried to reason with them, and I just left because I was so upset. To be diagnosed with a disease, have multiple painful procedures the same week and then be treated so inhumanely and so cruelly by healthcare professionals for no reason just broke my spirit a little. It was unbelievable how rude they were to me, and gave no reason or alternative or helpful anything. It was honestly just really gross. I will never be returning here and I advise anyone going through a difficult health journey stay VERY far away from this place. They are horrible.

Made an appointment 6 weeks ago for 11:40 am on a Saturday. Planned my night and morning around fasting. Get there and it's a 30 minute wait. Absolute waste of time. Bye.

Since Dynalife took over, the wait times have been astronomically bad. Yes they now have a system that holds your place in line" and texts you when you are supposedly close to getting in

So… I understand that this can’t be helped sometimes … but I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour for bloodwork!It appeared that so many walk-in appointments were messing up the actual booking - and the poor staff were doing what they could to keep up.They have a good location, easy parking and the team seems professional. My complaint is about scheduling and I know it isn’t an easy problem to solve.

We went there without an appointment but it didn't take long to get in. I guess that I was lucky. Clean facility. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. I was with my 9-year-old son for the blood test and the technician who took care of him was cheerful and kind to him.Very convenient for parking and shopping while waiting for my turn. They will let you know when they are ready to see you by text.

Great service! staffs are nice and professional, as long as you have an appointment wait times wouldn't be a problem. Book an appointment ahead of time at APL then you wouldn't wait hours. I feel sympathy towards the staff that do their jobs in their best ability and only to get blamed because of wait times. Just book an appointment and all is well. For the staffs Keep up the great work I truly appreciate you all for your dedication to serve our city ❤
