Basically rip me of. Charge me 1000.00 to service my oil heater. Could fix or find out why the unit was tripping the reset button. Filter was never changed or unit was never cleaned. Ca him to tell him unit was still tripping reset button. He was not experience enough to figure it out. Call Empire heating. Talk to owner. He sent a text out and ideally fixed the problem. Never call Nick again. Shame on you Nick. 1000 bucks. For what

Called on a Friday night at dinner time and the technician was here as soon as he was available, great communication on when he would arrive. Was able to fix the issue very quickly. Reasonable price!Would definitely recommend!!

Great work from these guys - we had a leaking boiler and Nick came right over to check it out for us. They installed a new one and stuck around after to make sure everything was working correctly. We'll definitely be coming back to Nick in the future

Really impressed...Great price.installed a furnace system for us and will be returning to install our air conditioning unit when the weather breaks. They know what their doing and come when they say will be there. Very efficient and personable. Would recommend them to anyone looking to install a furnace/air system.

Ended up having to replace a 40+ year old furnance, nick was the most reasonable and knowledgeable quote that i got out of several companies. Had the old one out and new one installed in less time than i was expecting.

I can not explain how happy I am with their service. I had a furnace issue at 4:00am. Looked online for repair service and found Northen Heating and Cooling which is located about 20 minutes from me. Called them at 4:30am, they answered the phone immediately and were at my house by 5:30am. Furnace was fixed and running perfectly by 6:30am. And the price was extremely reasonable too. Extremely satisfied! Thank you! Will definitely be calling them next time I need service.

Super happy with their service. Quickly and thoroughly went over the issues with my existing furnace and set up a plan to replace it. They had it replaced in a couple of days. They showed up on time and finish the job for what they quoted in the timeframe he discussed. Wouldn’t hesitate at all to use them again.

Excellent! Professional, dependable service! My old furnace failed and Northern Heating & Cooling installed a new energy-efficient furnace. The furnace they installed is high quality and the price was great! I could immediately feel the difference! The installation was quick and without issues or overages. They even hauled away the old furnace! The installers were friendly, organized, and courteous! Highly recommend!
