Called to get a quote and the broker told me that she wasn't going to give me the best deal available because she has experience and is there to help me? I didn't understand really cause i was only calling to get a quote so i could get the best deal, I don't need her experience. I then proceeded to tell her that I regularly change my insurance so I can get the best deal possible. Then she said : I don't want to work with someone who isn't guaranteed to stay for more than 1 year." Terrible customer service.Edit: Tried to call Melissa last week but she was busy so it transfered me directly to the person I had a issue with

Contracted with them in Nov 2020 and they told us we didn't have a choice of policy or underwriter because or house was 105 years old and their underwriters cherry pick". At one point we asked for clarification about one thing in our policy and we were referred right back to the policy for the explanation. Very rude. Two and a half years later
