Parking Indigo Surrey Lot 015 - Park Place Towers

No plan in place if problem happens, no customer service at all . the ticket barcode scanner didn't work to access underground parking at 10 pm called the emergency line multiple times, the lady said she will talk to manager and answer back in 10-15 minutes!!!! and nothing happened and when I tried to call after 20 minutes they did not answer ( pick up and hang up) 3 times , they left me hangingon the street for more than 45 minutes and didn't send anybody to help or even call back with an answer, I was lucky a building resident saw me in trouble and decided to help and got me in otherwise I could have been on the street for God knows how longIt is a major safety issue in addition to inconvenience and very very poor customer service.

I tried to call these guys on their phone number and it wouldn't even ring. Then I called their 1-800 and it just rang and rang. I need to figure out my parking at King George Station asap. Is this what you call customer service ?

Car was vandalized, no security or attendant.
