My boyfriend went there because I messed up our condo wall so we had to fix it. Staff was really informative and nice and advised the best items (cheaper options) for the small job we had to do to fix the wall. BIG THANK YOU.

William was kind, efficient, organized, astoundingly knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful on the occasions we visited the store. William’s expertise made shopping a breeze, he listened well to meet all of our needs quickly and confidently, and I left the store in such a great mood after each very pleasant encounter. Cannot recommend him and this location enough!

Great staff, with lots of product knowledge and how to apply whatever it is your doing. They have great prices on top on the line brushes. Their paints go on really nice, if you have properly prepared the surface. They have interior, and exterior solutions for all your painting needs.

Not that impressive on my very first visit. Compared with Canadian Tire, this shop didn't have a friendly and knowledgeable attendant. We're just looking for simple wall paint for our living room and the only staff there didn't help much rather trying to fool us with buying a more expensive paint just because.

This store is great. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I will go out of my way to continue to buy my paint and supplies here.

Quite sanitizer about and single employee wearing mask and keeping distance. Could have earned 5 stars but employees attitude was more insulting than customer service supportive.

This was the best paint buying experience.Seriously.This incredible staff, seamless with paint knowledge. High ranking. No BS. No question is too stupid. We experienced keen professionalism, passion for their product with an immediacy of service delivered.Abdullah the Manager talks the customer's language: A gracious class act who guides you with no pressure and goes over the large order repeatedly for efficacy.They even let us name a unique shade they created for us, inspired by our mom. William is incredible at mixing. And props to the lovely team player Trin, who sold us on how 'awesome' her manager Abdullah is, and how his help would come through for our situation. So far, her words ring true.Looking very forward to trying this paint.Will soon write part 2 to keep you posted.

I renovated my whole place last fall to early winter and there were two staff members that were extremely helpful. One was a female but I can’t remember her name and William. I feel like the females name was Trin but I could be wrong. She too was always helpful and kind but I dealt with William more and felt like we established a friendship haha. He was the one that really took the time to go through products and colours with both my daughter and I. One day we went right at closing and we made him stay late but he wasn’t one of those employees that was watching the clock. At least if he was he never showed it lol. Thank you so much William and Trin??? for all your help. You made that whole process way more tolerable.

We went to the store to get some paint to give a new look to our apartment. There was a young lady working there called Mitra. She went above and beyond to help us get what we were looking for. We had no idea that we were supposed to prep the walls. She explained everything in details and offered high quality products. We're in love with our wall. The staff there are amazing and the products are superb. Would definitely go back and recommend the place.
