Maddie was so helpful and welcoming, we found the perfect suit with her help , excellent customer service!!

I wish I can put 0 for the worst customer service experience. The attendant was assisting my son for his graduation suit when another client (who just came in the store) requested service. To my greatest surprise the attendant told us to wait and just went on to serve the new client. She could have asked this person to be patient and wait for his turn or refer him to her another attendant… but she chose to leave us hanging. We waited for her to come back and she never did; I find that disrespectful, rude and dismissive. Anyway, I took my money elsewhere.

Went in to look for a dress shirt for my suit, they have a great deal where you buy the shirt and get the tie with it for free. I ended up returning and purchasing yet another shirt while this deal was still on, however, they didn't have the right size available so the person working checked other stores and within a week I had my shirt, no problems at all.Great customer service, very accommodating and I'm happy I wasn't judged for the way I looked when entering. (It's happened to me before when looking for a suit in another store sadly.)

Maddie is amazing!!!! We were looking for a suit for our wedding day. We bought 2 suits!!! She was soo nice, patient and lovely.

I came in at opening time. 10:00 on Wednesday June 22/2022. I was greeted by Maddy. I was just looking at prices and not set to buy at the moment and I expressed this to her. I'll be buying in the next week or two. I was more than impressed with the service and the professionalism of the staff here. Maddy was so confident and professional, I thought she was the owner or at least a manager.I bought a suit several years ago which was a 38 and told her that is what I wear knowing that I have gained weight since. She took a look at my shoulders and diplomatically said, You're probably a 40 in our suits as they fit a little smaller than other shops."She didn't make me feel at all uncomfortable or embarrassed that I had gained weight since the last suit that I bought. I was also very impressed she was able to properly fit me to a suit by just talking a quick look at my shoulders.I don't receive customer service this great often and it was a breath of fresh air dealing with her.Thanks!"

Store is fine I suppose. Tailor forgot to even touch the jacket, did a poor job
