Update: they lock you out of your account because you give negative reviews, but still refuse to answer your multiple emilsBecareful when you bid on something, their site shows what you actually want to bid on, then in fact makes you bid on a stupid product which one will have no use for, and when you email them they don't respond, except to send you an invoice. THIS IS A MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
