I just purchased a new Mazda 3 Sport.I was originally looking for a used car, but with used car prices so high, and the competitive prices offered for a new car here, it was an easy decision to buy new, for only a little extra over the cost of used.Staff were professional and helpful. There wasn't a lot of pressure, even with all of the add-on options. Communication could have been a bit better as I had to chase a bit to resolve an issue with wanting to reuse some rims from my last Mazda 3 that I was trading in. They had an internal miscommunication and no one told me, so I had to do a bit of extra running around. In the end though, I got it resolved.If you are looking for something specific, you will likely need to wait a couple of months, as there isn't a lot of stock available just sitting on the lot, but that will be the same across the industry, no matter where you go.Two weeks in and everything is running smoothly and I'm enjoying the new vehicle.This is my third Mazda and my second purchased at this dealership. I'd certainly consider returning again when my next vehicle needs to be replaced.

The whole team is so welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Mackenzie Noble the Product Advisor who I spoke the first time and she did her work superb till I got my car. It wasn't expected to be done so quickly looking at the new vehicles shortage. She still managed to get my vehicle as committed. She guided me the best to choose the car which fits the best for my budget and needs. The next recognition is for Financial Services Manager- Samantha Billings, she gave best advice and value for what I wanted. She didn't push me for anything, listened me and then customized as per my needs. She was so humble and patient in the whole process and just walked me through the program which fits in my budget and preferences. Highly recommended. Keep rising...:)

Abrahim was a great sales rep, didn't try to rip me off like Honda.. respectfully let me pick out what I felt comfortable in and test drove for me since I have not driven a SUV yet. Samantha dealing with the finance was amazing and helpful, my first time ever applying for a car loan and she helped as much as she could and still is trying to do her best as I type. Overall really good experience, highly recommend this dealership, the cars they have currently are also very comfortable and reasonable pricing with how the system is these days according to the banks.Thankyou Forbes waterloo Mazda for an overall excellent first time buyer experience.
