Always get my gas and lottery tickets here it pays because of the journey points you can accumulate

Gas station staff is great!But Tim Hortons staff are not at all!Worse customer service EVER!Long story short,Placed an order, no issues really during the order being taken. Received the order but turned out to be wrong. Came back, notified of the wrong order, in return the response was that toaster didn’t work and that staff couldn’t hear the order well from the beginning. If staff was having hard time hearing the order placed why were we cashed out ? Order was not clarified. Why start blaming on not hearing well through speaker the staff didn’t even try or said anything when we pulled up to the window? We were cashed out with no problem! And after when we came back they told us their toaster was not working? Why give a wrong order completely and not notify a customer that something isn’t working.?At the end, we tried to give the food back but one of the ladies who I assume is supervisor THROWS THE FOOD BACK IN OUR CAR!! YES THROWS IT!!!Normally I am cool with wrong order but this?!? Is playing with fire! I am defiantly contacting Tim Hortons head office! I am not going to just let it go! People like that should not work! Older generation acting disrespectfully, no manners, no problem solving ability! Today was something else! (September 16,2020) I’ve never experienced such behaviour!! If I was the owner and this came to my attention, I would have fired the staff on the spot! How can you expect young generation to behave good when older generation acts up?!? No professional work ethic!! Shame shame shame!

It was a pleasure dealing with the staff on site. He was most courteous and helpful. I like the fact that he ensured that I had everything I needed before I walked out of the gas station. I liked that very much.

Overall just a regular gas station the one clerk was very friendly however he was training a new guy and when I asked for him to put the things I purchased in a bag, he threw the bag at me and told me to do it myself. The guy training him looked at him shocked, quickly apologized to me and then helped me bag my items. Hopefully the new guy gets canned soon lol

Went to get gas on my break 1239am and it was locked up with all lights on... Couldn't pre-pay.from pump for gas either..... And my tank was on E so maybe change your hrs of operations if.your not gonna be open

Most competitive gas prices in Windsor. They always have Napkins and Sanitizer at their pumps for safety and hygiene (Thank You for that during the current ongoing pandemic situation). The station, restroom and the store is always clean. Super nice, helpful and friendly staff. They offered me their Journey points card last year which I actually didn't realized initially but it saves me quite a bit on gas and other stuff from their On The Run Store. A+ for the service

Great service. Good prices. Having a Tim Hortons inside is a plus. Parking lot is horrible, so bad I have on several occasions almost seen accidents while trying to pull into the lot off of Walker Rd.

The Tim Hortons there is trash,,, the wait time for a coffee is soo long,, they surve 5-6 cars in drive thru before even taking an order then surve 5 more cars then take your order, yo wait for them to surve 5 more cars,, then 7-10 minutes later you get your coffee and your late for work,,
