In my 50 years of playing in the audio market, I can honestly state I've never had a relationship with a vendor like Spinners. I'm a very active wannabe audiophile and have purchase a lot of equipment and no where have I been given the support (before and after sales) better than at Spinners.Thank you Dieter and Kevin for the last 10 years of warm welcomes and fantastic support. Fantastic service, quick response and fast shipping. Package was well packed. I appreciated the honest opinion on the product I was purchasing (the Grado GW100X). This is my second online purchase from their store. I would love to visit the shop in the future when we are visiting the interior.

Their customer service is top tier!I'm located quite a ways out from Vernon, but I ordered a subwoofer from them since they were the only shop in the province that I could find that had the one I wanted in stock. I received a tracking number pretty quickly, but it wasn't returning any info whenever I went to check it.The courier was Canpar, and unfortunately I haven't had very many good experiences with them. After a few days, I decided to email Spinners to double check that nothing was wrong.Kevin and Dieter got back to me within 15 minutes, which honestly caught me off guard (I was expecting another day or so before I got a reply). But they informed me that Canpar had forgotten to pick up my package, and they gave me a new tracking number with Purolator, and my sub arrived two days later in perfect condition!Thanks Kevin and Dieter! You made my shopping experience incredibly smooth and stress free. I can't wait to shop at your store again!

I have never seen such a high desire to help customers, Dieter and Kevin have such high knowledge and a passion to communicate, they taught me a lot of stuff about that new Hifi passion . Shipping is fast, they answer really fast, big inventory and first of all they are friendly folks!!!

I can't recommend Spinners Sound Centre enough for any online sales and I can only imagine what they are like if you step foot in their shop. Kevin and Dieter were extremely responsive, honest and so helpful. They made the online shopping through their store a tremendous experience. Their recommendation for my upgraded turntable cartridge has not disappointed and I'm beyond happy with it for the very reasons they promoted. Even with a slight snag with shipping they were on it so fast and was able to redirect it very quickly. To be honest, there response on the shipping error sold me - this shop cares! Again, anyone thinking of using their online store, do it! They are great and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Bravo to you both.

I have made 2 long distance purchases via email with Dieter @ Spinners Sound Centre and the service is superb, pleasant and polite and shipping is exraordinaryly fast. Both cables I purchased, the balanced and single ended Ultralink's (Canadian) are superb.I big shout out to go and see them or look online.

Ordered a Bluray player and Rel subwoofer here all the way from Quebec, not only was the service great but fast and responsive as well.I had a problem with the subwoofer and they were very quick to help and get a new part sent to me.
