I switched to this clinic just over 2 years ago and I am so happy I did. Making an appointment is so easy and quick. Phone messages and emails are responded to quick! Dr Arzem and his staff are amazing, they are all very compassionate and gentle with my dog each and every time. I highly recommend bringing your pet here for vet services!

We have had several animals that were taken care of by Dr Azram, for over 20 years NEVER an issue. This past January has been beyond disappointing in regards to the staff. We unfortunately had to euthanized our Golden last Wednesday. My son let the technician (Briar) know and to let Dr Azram know as well.I dropped off some unused medications and only than (5 days later) did Dr Azram acknowledged the passing of our pet. Beyond disappointed......compassion = 0

I have been taking my 2 cats to North Yonge Veterinary Hospital since I got them 7 years ago. Dr. Arzem is by far the most compassinate, caring, competent, knowledgeable professional there is. Dr. Arzem cares about his furry patients and is always there to answer questions, put your mind and fears at ease and to make sure your pets get the best care possible. I love my cats very much, and knowing they are in his care means the world to me. I would recommend North Yonge Veterinary Hospital to anyone who loves their pets and wants the best care for them. 5 stars are not enough, I would give them a million stars rating and beyond!

I was anxious dropping off my sweet boy for his surgery, but knew he was in excellent hands. Everything went perfectly and I was contacted right away to confirm surgery had gone well, which helped to allay my worries. This vet's office feels high end". My sense is they have the latest and greatest technology to take care of our beloved pets."

We started taking our dog to North Yonge last year after some bad experiences at our previous vet. Dr. Gary is kind, calm and realistic about what treatment options are available. No pressure sales - just honest conversations about our pet's care. The office staff are lovely and have managed to fit us in the few times when we had an emergency.

I switched to North Yonge because of the quality of care that Dr. Gary Arzem provides. He covers all the bases and routinely goes above and beyond when examining and treating my dog. He is also responsive if I need to get squeezed in for an emergency issue that has cropped up overnight with my senior dog.

I suppose to drop off my 2 cats to North Yonge Veterinary Hospital for my family trip end of August but have to cancel at last minute. I totally forgot to inform them until I receive their reminder email which I can tell they're so well organize especially the staff Briar who is so nice and understandable. I am so glad to find this place which is so close to my home and from what I experienced this time, I feel so comfortable to have my 2 cats staying in their place for all future travel arrangement...

I strongly recommend this Veterinary Hospital. I have taken 6 animals here for over 15 years and I have always deeply appreciated the outstanding care that both my animals and myself have received through both happy and very sad times. There is even a photo of my Bernese Mountain dog in the reception that smiles on all who come. A small but beautiful touch.
