Extremely disappointed with the level of service during Covid 19. Unresponsive, one word answers and no help what so ever. Looks like more customers have the same issue . Book direct and don't use them.

Extremely disappointing and awful experience. During this stressful time of the COVID-19 pandemic I have been trying to get a refund for our flights to Europe but my travel agent replies with one word answers days later and zero information, no apology I’ve been going back-and-forth emailing her for a month. I’m a full-time healthcare worker during this pandemic I don’t have time to be on hold on the phone with Air Canada or the Bank or the Better Business Bureau to try to get a refund for my flight that was cancelled (which should be an automatic full refund). My travel agent should be doing this for me that is why I booked with a travel agent. My friend had a travel agent who has been so very kind, thorough and helpful with her throughout this entire process of trying to cancel her flight during this pandemic. I will never be booking with Lasalle Travel Agency again unforunately.
