What kind of gas station doesn’t even have ATF (transmission fluid) for sale or available. Literally one of the most basic things every gas station has around the continent. As a side note, the Petro Canada across the road did have ATF which we bought.

Driving in downtown 7 days in a week. Several times filled gasoline here to use washroom. Never ever get key. Always out of service. What is the meaning of gas station without washroom.

I went in this morning and put $100 on the pump asking for 89 gas and asked for the silver grade gasoline for my car. I went back to pump the gas and it wouldn’t work. When I went back to ask what the issue was, he told me he put it on 87 and refused to change it. I would never recommend this gas station at 4 in the morning. Luckily my car could take 87..

Their website only provided the price of regular gas. I phoned them and asked the price of premium. The employee wouldn't tell me and that his manager had put that non disclosure policy in place. I stopped by, and the spread from regular was 33 cents. No wonder they don't want to disclose. I think they are unethical. I didn't buy from them.The price spread shown on Google should be updated.

The cashier pretended to have swiped both my coupon and air miles card on the phone although I did not even pull out the air miles card from my app yet. When I noticed that and pointed out, he insisted that there was no need to do so. I have no complain with the gas quality of shell but the quality of its customer services I have received so far is bad enough to keep me from using it anymore.
