Disgrace to the staples chain, employees are the worst ever seen in Quebec, not willing to help, not knowledgeable with there work, i don't know how they hire and according to what standards. Just awful day when i have to go there, and i do need to print stuff

It said there is one in stock (apple watch). The lady who helped me was very nice and very professional. But she couldn't find the watch which it said It's still in stock from this store on the website. I found it very unorganized the fact that the watch is in stock (when you looked on there website) and they couldn't find it when you get to the store. They should undated the system or something. We spend almost 40 min to look at the system if the watch is available elsewhere. And finally, I have to leave my number and they will update you me if they have the watch.

This is quite a nice store. You have a wide variety of electronics to choose from and you have many high quality office and school supplies. The deals that they occasionally have can also be surprisingly cheap, so be on a lookout for those. For example, around the beginning of the school academic year it might be possible to find really nice discounts on tablets or laptops and especially on notebooks and other supplies. Overall, you can't ask for more when it comes to a store that supplies these types of things. So I recommend you check them out if ever you need to buy office or school supplies.

Needed a stapler and found more than I bargained for for a very good price. Helpful and curtious staff.

Customer service needs major improvements, like more knowledgeable staff.With a cane, I waited for more than 30 mins while THREE agents tended to one customer. Admittedly male. I was not impressed and will avoid this store in the future.

The wait at the checkouts is often very long. Last time me and a few customers in line decided to leave leaving our purchases on the checkout counter. From 2 to 3 employees passed in front of us without even reacting to the fact that people were waiting to pay. I finally bought what I needed on Amazon which was delivered the next day. Too bad because I want to encourage the purchase in our local businesses but the customer service is so poor!

With my mother we went to this location to buy things for our business, we saw the column record book by Blueline with 8 columns for 14.49 and when we went to the cash it was scanned for 40.99 . We asked for the matter to be checked and it was by Magguy. We proved that it truly was shown 14.49 on the shelf and Magguy saw that as well. We requested that the books to be matched to the price that we saw. Instead we were given a service by a manager or supervisor called Kim by laughing in hour faces,telling us how we should and must shop by barcode. She was arrogant,unprofessional, extremely and definitely not suitable for customer service.She didn't try to even find a solution. In the end of the day we do in store shopping for better customer service. If I could I'd leave 0 stars to this location and tomorrow the 28th of February 2023 I will be calling the headquarters to file an official complaint.Its not the customer job to read barcodes or to place items on its rightful places.

It might be a really go place to buy school supplies, But when I went to give in my cv, the manager wouldn't even take it because of my French level.Wouldn't think to put me on stocking shelves, he just said that he couldn't take my CV because of my french level, even though I can understand french pretty well.
