Now THIS is customer service. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and as soon as one of them was free they came right over to see us. Helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Ian placed an order for the piece he wanted. They called him immediately when it arrived. Ian is very pleased and we highly recommend their service.

Very nice welcome entering the store. Nice selection and lits of room to walk around. Prices up in the few years since I last checked out R/C. My only concern was, being a Christmas gift, was that they did not have any 1:48 scale. But again, great spot to check out.

The best place to be in town according to our boys. Excellent service and better than online prices. I appreciate literal stores so much !

Awesome selection of inventory. The absolute best customer service you will ever find! They also stand behind the products they sell 100%. I never hesitate to purchase items from here. Also, Greg is an absolute expert in all things RC. He can answer any question you have on the spot! Prices are just as good as online prices. Why buy online when you can pay the same here and support local business!

After hearing great things about Mighty Small Cars I was excited to shop there. I went with my son to purchase his first model. After explaining to the staff that he had zero experience making models and wanted to give it a try the staff member selected a model that he said would be perfect for a beginner. It was not. After purchasing it and opening it up it definitely was not user friendly or at a beginners level. I asked for a level 1 model kit that would be a snap design. After researching online and reviewing it, it was not. It was a level 4, a model that needed glue and use of a knife. Too bad the staff member just wanted to make a sell because it will be the last time I purchase something from them again and will not be recommending it to any one else. Money over quality of product and customer experience. Too bad.

TLDR good for RTRs, bodies and Wheels/Tires. Bad for custom builders.First Impressions.Great staff who were very helpful and kind. It's a fairly large store, however half half the stores stock is blocked off to the public. Almost all of the replacement parts are accessible to employees only.This is very, very frustrating when doing a custom build and have a know it when you see it" type part or are trying to find something from a completely different vehicle to make work.Unfortunately most of my small stuff will be purchased elsewhere (probably online) witch is a shame as I would prefer to support local but blocking off items for people doing custom builds is a good way to drive customers online. This is RC after all... the hobby is all about customization and modifications."

Curb side warranty, bought new didn't work was told I had to pay to ship it if I wanted it fixed.CRAZY....
