Most of us wish we could stay home to raise and nurture our children. That was not an option for me so I needed the next best thing. That was Wee Watch. Specifically Janet Conley, the homecare provider where my son spent his days while I was at work. Janet offered a home environment that provided structure, stimulation, safety and one-on-one attention. Janet genuinely loves what she does, and it shows, day in and day out. My son was less than a year old and continued to go to Janet’s daycare until he graduated from elementary school. He is the respectful, happy and grounded young man in part because of the influence Janet had upon him. We can never thank the Conley family enough for the care that she provided to him and she continues to provide to all of her kids in the Wee Watch program.

My granddaughter went to WeeWatch under the care of Janet and Terri Conley during the summer of 2020.Sophie was excited to arrive there and get the day started with all the activities and be given all the healthy meals and snacks she learned about in school.During the pandemic she told me about all the safety rules to follow. I had no doubt or worries while Sophie attended the Conley home.The love and care for the children by Janet and Terri is not a job it is dedication to all the children.I would be great if some educators did the same You should be very proud to have such great employees.

Janet and Terri’s home daycare is a wonderful daycare for children! They have tons of toys/swings and play sets for outdoor play time. The inside is perfectly set up with playrooms and quiet areas for naps. You won’t be disappointed!

Janet and Terri’s WeeWatch Daycare has provided care at a level that met all expectations and more. Wee Watch has provided a very loving environment allowing our children to develop socially and also on an education level. When having to go back to work with a newborn who is 4 months old and having another child that is special needs, Janet’s daycare took our family in , making my transition back to work smooth and worry free. I highly recommend and truly have nothing but the best to say about WeeWatch and also my loving providers. Thanks ❤️

I have been a daycare provider with Wee Watch Licensed Home Daycare, Windsor WEST, Essex branch for 16 yrs. This has been a very rewarding career for me. Each child I have cared has their own unique personality. The parents, with their children, soon become like family. I value the support and partnership I receive from Tracey Bruce from our local supervising office. As well, I appreciate the surprise monthly visits from our Home Visitor (Sue). She partners with me ensuring all safety practices are being adhered to and if there is anything myself or the children need. I highly recommend Wee Watch as a daycare for any parent who is searching for quality care.
